Well-maintained holiday home with balcony and beautiful view, on the 1st floor of a former farm on the edge of a garden/natural plot (2,000 m²) on a gentle slope in the Hornberg district of Niederwasser. There is a garden with furniture and a balcony where you can unwind or set up a grill for a fine evening. You can also enjoy shopping in the traffic-calmed city centre or let yourself be pampered in the city of the world-famous Hornberger Schießens. The well-known Hornberger Uhrenspiele, in which the cuckoo greets you from a cuckoo clock.Varied Nordic walking and varied mountain bike trails. Day trips to Villingen, Freiburg, Stuttgart and Strasbourg are just as worthwhile as trips to the Lake Constance region, Titisee, Schluchsee or Feldberg. You may also check out Triberg Waterfalls, the highest waterfalls in Germany, hiking at the waterfall, stopping and eating, and looking at souvenirs. Parking is available on the premises.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house The landlord lives in the same house. Both bedrooms have a sink.
