Four days in Hornbaek
It’s was mot the best experience for us. The issue was the fact that we were not able to check in to the property timely because Novasol, the company, had very poor communication. I had to chase them down to be able to get access to the property. That was pretty ridiculous. Their communications via email leading up to the trip we’re all Auto emails and you never felt like you were getting the same person. Once on the property, the drain in shower was not working properly and that became problematic for us. There were no sheets or towels and we were coming from United States and had requested that and that was not available either. A nice couple I think that were caretakers of the property came by with some bug or insect poison apparently that needed to be sprayed because of the previous tenants had complained about this.
That was just a little awkward for us .
The dishwasher was full when we arrived and that wasn’t pleasant and the house was not remarkably clean. We ended up leaving a day early. We submitted a note to Novasol and never heard back from them and we asked for a refund for one night and unfortunately we’ve never heard from them again. The location is nice and certainly the house is fine and when it’s cared for, I’m sure it’s fantastic. From my perspective, this is all about the management of the house. I’m sure others have had better experiences.
