"Fint ställe långt ut på landet. Charmigt med får och höns i trädgården. Egen lägenhet med äldre standard men ingenting saknades. Många sällskapsspel och böcker att låna. Bra service. Väldigt varmt när vi var där men jättefin badplats i Edsbruk som svalkade. Däremot hett i lägenheten och anstormning av flugor när fönstret var öppet."

"We loved staying in the this old house which has been renovated with great love. The surrounding is great: lakes to swim, Elks to seen in the nearby Elk park, a national park and of course the Astrid Lindgren World. This all has make it a perfect place to stay for us. Thank you so much! "

Im großen und ganzen war das Ferienhaus in Ordnung. Dennoch gibt es zwei Punkte mit denen wir nicht einverstanden wären. Punkt Nr. 1. war die Sauberkeit im Keller in dem sich auch das Hauptbad befunden hat. Es roch (typisch Keller) Muffig und fühlte sich ständig feucht an. "Es war ein perfekter Urlaub. So wie man sich Schweden vorstellt. Allein das Objekt war super. Die Lage ist super. Nicht weit von Vimmerby weg. "

Most of all it is a wonderful location for a peaceful holiday, defined by the opportunity to be in contact with nature. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Kommunikation (bereits im Vorfeld) war super! "Vi tyckte det var bra utifrån den standard som utlovades. Dock hade vi önskat att det fanns bättre tillgång till eluttag då det enbart fanns ett nere på golvet halvt dolt av kylskåpet samt en väldigt kort förlängningssladd under sängen. Det hade även varit bra med en gardin att hänga för fönstret i dörren då lamporna utanför lyser väldigt starkt rakt in. "

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Sehr schöne Natur, viele Seen, eine große Menge Pilze und ein gut ausgestattetes Haus. Zu empfehlen ist das Hallstad Ängar Naturreservat mit einem großen See und Badestellen sowie Umkleidekabinen und Toiletten. Aber auch der Trollegater mit seinen Höhlen und Gängen. Für Kinder super der Virum Älgpark und natürlich Astrid Lindgren Park in Vimmerby. Nicht ersichtlich war für uns, dass eine Endreinigung des Hauses selbst vorgenommen werden muss. Hie wurden...

"The hotel itself only has 13 rooms, I think. The breakfast is pretty good, the staff are friendly and helpful. The front desk is only staffed a couple of hours during the day, so make sure you get the code to enter the hotel. I had just missed the summer 'peak', so there were only 2 restaurants open within easy walking distance. I only went to the Montecristo Restaurant. The food was good and the staff very friendly. My Visa card wouldn't work when I went to pay, so we worked it out in US dollars. Public transportation is limited and confusing, especially if you don't speak Swedish. But the Troll Hike was a LOT of fun. And I enjoyed the peace and quiet for a couple of days."
