"We loved our stay. The room was nice and clean and breakfast was offered free plus free tea or coffee 24 hrs. The only negative if i had to say one was our room was next door to the breakfast room on the 1st floor so we got some early morning noise but even that wasn't too bad. Will definitely stay again"

"This hotel is just what you need. A clean well kept place to sleep. The full size shampoo,conditioner, cream and body wash were great. No silly little bottles and had a great size TV and a refridgerater. I just wished for a comfy chair. Great stay"

"The hotel check in was easy, though a later arrival and earlier checkout seemed short staffed. Everyone was very polite and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking, breakfast was nice and presented well. Room was in very good condition and housekeeping did a great job. We’d stay here again :-)"

"Hotel room was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and when I asked for extra pillows they brought them to the room in less than 10 minutes. Excellent front desk service. The driver for the shuttle was helpful and polite and on time. Definitely recommend staying here if visiting the casinos. The only negative is that one could hear everything in the hall so it was hard to sleep in with all the house outside. "

"We went for a mother/daughter trip and we were very pleased with this hotel. They have and still are working on updating and it looks great. If we ever go back to Mystic CT, we will definitely stay here. It was also very close to Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Village shopping. There are also several restaurants close by. Easy access to I95. "

"I cannot say enough about how pleasant and helpful the staff was. The pool is always important to me. The spa was a little on the small side, but everything was clean, towels were available and there are bathrooms and and a shower by the pool. Breakfast was good. It was the typical assortment of an egg dish, a bacon/sausage dish, bagels, toaster, cereals, yoghurt, etc. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate avaialbe 24/7.
