Dated but was very clean. Bartender-TJ, front desk and chef Pharrel were great. Great location to ferry, docks and walking distance to stores. Beach was beautiful

Loved the property and the staff. Michael and Earl the managers were extremely helpful . The hotel was convenient to everything with a view of the lighthouse and the ocean. There is a reef just off the beach which was great to snorkel at both bars were great the food in the dining room was good and the pool food was good . A short walk to shopping or additional restaurants

The Harbour Lodge was an awesome place to stay. Our room was super cute and cozy. The A/C worked great, the ocean was close, the restaurant had large portions of good food, and the bar was handy right next to the beach.

Lodge rooms desperately need updating. worn out furniture, broken blinds, shower handle not working, toilet flush problems, bathroom window major leak during rainstorm. Furniture in bar (Rays) needs to be replaced.

Charming hotel in ideal location. Too expensive for what it was. The room was pretty noisy every night (not super insulated so you can hear the neighbors talking even at low voices) and the aircon was loud. The bed was fine but the pillows weren’t the best. The staff was the best part of the place - they were all SUPER friendly. The lunch area, the pool area, and their beach were fantastic. One of the best snorkeling spots is right off the hotel. Their dinner restaurant was really expensive and the food was just ok. I’d def stay here during one of the less expensive time periods. We paid $250 for the main hotel and it was too much.

Fabulous....Staff ALWAYS went above and beyond!
My stay here was fabulous! The staff perpetually went ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate my every need/request. I'd lost my cell phone and required help in order to regain online access to my work laptop -the staff constantly helped to resolve my issue. The restaurant & housekeeping staff were equally wonderful. The food/drinks at the pool bar were excellent and indoor restaurant was lovely, nice atmosphere & very good menu. The HTHL is the "only" place I'll ever stay (when I don't stay w/my family there).

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the fridge was bigger than expected. They provided 2 free bottles of water per day which was a nice touch. The room was a bit tight but overall very good. Loved the balcony for morning coffee. Lots of steps to get up to the room but the view was worth it. AC worked great! Location was perfect- right on the beach and in town. Nothing negative to say really except the Wifi is a bit spotty and there is no safe in the room, but they are working on both. I would definitely recommend this property to others. We went during the end of the off season, so it was very quiet, and the value was amazing!

We have been here before and love it, especially in the off season. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Very quiet this time of year and a lot of the the shops are not open. But still love the food and snorkeling.

The star of this property is really the location. The beachfront is beautiful, with a live reef only 100' off shore. Also, from the Lodge you can catch the ferry to other islands, or walk into the quaint town of Hope Town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This was the slow period, so some restaurants on the island were closed. But dinner at the Lodge was always great! (Room for improvement for breakfast by the pool.) Thanks for making my birthday great! Will be back soon!!!
