"I showed up and had no where to stay because the place was under renovation and the resort did not tell Expedia that. Expedia should have known this since my reservation was booked and confirmed by Expedia. I am very upset because I drove 3 hrs there and didn’t have anywhere to stay,"

"Getting up on the hill was definitely a new experience but the place , view and employees were amazing. Owner himself made sure we had everything we needed , accommodated when needed even suggested places we should visit. Loved the experience and view was breath taking"
