"The only downside we had was our room was abit cold throughout our night stay, the radiator seemed to be on a timer for a short while, as it worked for a while then didn’t come back on so it felt rather chilly, our room was on the ground floor."

"The hotel has been recently refurbished and on arrival the reception area is spacious and clean. The staff on reception were very friendly and check in was quick. The room itself had a very large double bed and was very comfortable. The leisure facilities were good - it includes a small pool with Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym, all kept very clean and in good order. The hotel is in an excellent location close to the river and less than 10 mins walk from the RSC and town centre. We really enjoed our stay and would love to visit again in the future."

"We were able to check in early, which was very appreciated! Initially we were given a room that smelled bad, but when I spoke to the front desk they immediately offered to move us to another room. Very happy with the attentiveness of the staff and the quality and comfort of the room. Location is perfectly situated in Oxford."
