"Our main comment is that the email confirmation for our booking specified pastries each day for breakfast, which we therefore believe we had paid for, but there was no breakfast available and no information about this or use of the kitchen in the property. This suggests a problem with how the rooms are advertised on your app ir with the company who run the property. We would appreciate some clarification on this point, please."

"We had a lovely stay at janey‘a place, location is great, quiet, also close to burton on the water. Place is spacious, clean, very stylist. janey Is also very responsive and helpful. This is our second time staying here and we will come back again!"

"the only 3 star is for the lack of A/C. It's Europe so we knew there was no guarantee of A/C so we rolled with it. I believe they are working on installing A/C. We had a small fan in the room which helped the first night. It was quiet pleasant with the patio doors open the 2nd night! Loved the patio. Great space. Very charming property in a fantastic location. Staff was wonderful. "
