Stevie's View is a very lovely brand new townhome perched up just one street (and an easy walk, near the STAIRS) from the downtown core. Big views of the waterfront, and downtown from the balcony and north-facing windows. Room for everyone with 4 full bedrooms/ 3.5 baths, plus a bonus/media room with a pullout. Contemporary, high end finishes throughout. Quartz counters, engineered hardwood, SS Bosch appliances & white oak cabinets. Maximized views with reverse floor plan and living/ kitchen on top floor to enjoy the views. Large garage will accommodate cars and toys. There are 4 floors with many stairs. No smoking. No pets. This was a perfect place for our large family to enjoy time together. Lots of space to spread out, garage parking, and an easy walk to town. The house was very clean and well appointed.

Stayed here for our annual family girls trip. The property was nice and new and beautiful The beds and bedding were wonderful! The stairs can take a bit to get used to but the view is worth it. A great location within walking distance to town. The place was a hit with everyone!

We were the first people to stay here, the house was clean it even smelled great! The place was walking distance from downtown so we didn’t have to drive at all. We come here every year for a golf tournament and we are definitely staying here again! Great place!!!

GORGEOUS VIEWS IN HOOD RIVER
Our family stayed here for a week for our daughter's wedding and we were lucky enough to watch the rare aurora borealis from the outdoor deck during this time. It was magical! This new, modern, townhome had enough room for everyone. The only concern is that there are a lot of floors/stairs here and if the doors are open to the deck, the traffic noise can be bothersome to those that prefer peace and quiet. Amy was quick to respond to any concerns we had and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Girls Getaway
If you are already prepared to climb the Hood River stairs, then the stairs inside this four-story condo will be no problem. This was the perfect location for a weekend getaway with my girlfriends. Easy access to shopping and restaurants, and a breathtaking view of the river and bridge. You do have to climb three flights of stairs to get to the shared living space, but it is well worth it!

Thanksgiving with Family
4 adults and 2 kids stayed for 3 days over thanksgiving. We had dinner for 8 in the incredible kitchen and were very comfortable doing so. The other days we spent time going into town, which was around the corner and down/up the 2nd Street Stairs. Bedrooms/beds were great and more than enough bathrooms and showers for our crowd. We were even able to check into the house earlier in the day, and Amy responded promptly when I had any questions. Would definitely stay there again, highly recommended.

Beautiful home with lovely view, but it was smack dab in the middle of continuous ongoing construction, which of course was not mentioned during booking. Due to the construction, parking was very limited.

We had another amazing stay at this wonderful home – our second time here. The location is close to downtown and a great view. The home is fully stocked with thoughtful details. Just a note for future guests: there are quite a few stairs, so it’s something to keep in mind. Overall, a beautiful, well-maintained place that we highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the area. Thank you for another fantastic stay!

Property was great for 8. We were in town for a destination family wedding. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone to be comfortable. Definitely lots of stairs. Be prepared! Loved the garage. Needed for parking.
