The property was small but adequate for our needs. Felt safe. Nice pool area. Easy walk to the beach and shopping. A great food truck area across the road. Ash, our manager, did a good job communicating with us.

The condo agent provided us very detail information about the check in procedures. He has a booklet in the condo which give us the wifi password, the information about the location. The condo is closed to the restaurants, grocery stores and beach. I can also walk to Wakiki DFS in less than 20 minutes.

Photos don’t accurately show how small this studio really is. Not even enough room to put luggage on the ground and walk around it and the bed. Left after one night.

This studio was in the perfect spot: walkable distance to Waikiki Beach and close to bus transportation to Diamond Head and Pearl Harbor. The room was great for viewing the city and mountains; comfortable bed too. Loved the coffee shop and pizza place downstairs too!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute efficient studio. Was clean and bed linens were good. Only issue was aged toilet seat and unattractive bathroom cabinet.

Pretty good nice view finding the lock box was a bit hard the first time but after that easy if you got a car it’s 45$ a day little steep but whatever the host was good good communication overall good place

Perfect day and a half stay.
We had a short and sweet stay at the Waikiki Monarch. This room is small, but nice if you don’t plan on spending a lot of time in your room during your stay (which you shouldn’t). Ash was easy to communicate with and was very attentive.

Good location for us.
This unit was in a good location for us to explore Honolulu on foot. Easily walkable to local sites, restaurants, and several food trucks right across the street. Communication with host was excellent. He was immediately responsive to all our questions. The unit is compact but comfortable with good AC, small fridge, Microwave and stovetop.

Ash has been the most curtious owner that i ever dealt with. Ash has Everything laid out for you step by step and is in contact with you to make sure everything is going well. I highly recommend staying at his place, it is very close beach, food and bars

Great condo close to Waikiki
This studio is perfect for two people visiting Waikiki/Honolulu. This location is within a 20 minute walk of everything. The condo was extremely clean and view of the mountain side was absolutely beautiful! Ash is a great host and responds promptly to any questions. He makes checking in and out easy with clear instructions. Thank you Ash for being a wonderful host!

My husband I chose to stay at this property. The pictures were 100% accurate and the bed was as comfortable as other guests said they would. I would recommend staying with Ash again and when we come back we will definitely stay with her again. She was kind and very responsive leading up to our trip and made sure everything went smoothly for us.

Worth it!
Ash was very helpful and everything was very straight forward. The room itself was nice and tidy, just what we needed to just spend the night at and be able to go out all day. Just wish there were more pictures listed of the bathroom. Could’ve been cleaner, there were stains on toilet and trash can. Overall, my stay was pleasant and would definitely recommend this place!

Everything was as described. I should've read the full description/ info more carefully as didn't realize we would have to pay for parking on-site until a few days before trip, but that's my fault. Not paying for that meant LOTS of walking & hoping for street parking. The actual place was clean & check in was easy enough. The laundry facility in the building was nice to have access to. Great food options nearby.
