The property supplied everything you would need inside, dishes, silverware, paper towels, toilet paper, towels, as well as a fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. They also have places to eat on the property including breakfast. Everything was great

The studio room was neat and tidy and met our needs. The facilities were good as was the location. Our host was friendly and accommodating and we would recommend the property to other couples visiting for a few days.

This property was perfect for my friend and I who were first timers to Hawaii! Everything we needed was included and we had a beautiful view of the canal. We were about a 7-10 minute walk from the beach and everything is very close by! I definitely recommend the cafe that is attached to the hotel! Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Little Condo
Its in the middle of waikiki so all the action is just within walking distance. Its cozy, and has plenty of amenities, plus its one of rhe cheaper options out there. Only downside was AC was tiny so it got pretty uncomfortable in the morning.

Very nice location, close to beaches, but the shower was basically unusable having extremely low water pressure, poor temperature control, and the showerhead fell on our head several times

I would stay again
It was not fancy, but I would stay here again. The bed was very comfortable. Communication was excellent with the property manager. Elevators were a little slow, but I was on vacation, so I was not in a hurry. Thank you.

Smooth and it all works but a bit run down
It’s close to the conference center, where we were exhibiting. It’s essentially a large studio with full kitchen. It all feels a bit run down (my shower head just wouldn’t stay up, older towels, saggy mattress, curtains that don’t fully close, could use a better paint job). There’s plenty of things in cupboards (I assume leftover shower stuff, beach things) that are greet to have. It was great value for the time I was there so I’d likely book again.

The host was great and fast at responding to my messages. Communicating with the host was easy and smooth. The property was in a great location walking distance from the beach, lots of restaurants around. However, parking was a bit of a nightmare. The property has parking but it cost approximately 45-40 per day. There is street parking available but you have to circle around about 5 times to actually find a spot to park. Also the room is a bit outdated and it smelled a bit funky. However, if you don’t plan to be in the room too long it’s perfect. It was an overall good/okay experience.

Cost Effective Stay
The building is a bit older, but the room simple (just what we needed as we didn't want to spend a ton of time in a room) and extremely affordable. It made it possible for use to do other things as we were working on a budget. Parking at the building was a bit more than I anticipated and street parking is limited. Communication with the host was smooth and effective.

Place was a lil dirty at check in and the shower kept going super hot to super cold while I was in there. The fan in there seems like it was picked up from the side of a street. It felt like it was a storage with a bed in it

Easy to get to and instructions to get in. The place was clean. Some small things would have made this excellent for me. A little coffee to go with the drip coffee machine. Some condiments like sugar. Hand was in the bathroom and tea towel for drying dishes.

Don’t expect much for this price. I came for a wedding and paid at least 100 USD less per a night than all my friends. Huge savings but just keep in mind it is very small unit and an old building. Perfectly adequate if you keep expectations reasonable.

Great stay in Waikiki
We had a great time staying at Jan's. She was an amazing host and communication was great the whole time. The place is exactly as listed, it is small and it isn't a hotel, and if you are looking for a hotel experience, then this won't be the place for you. What it was however was a really great place to come home to after a day of adventuring, clean, with all your basic needs, and a very comfortable bed, in a convenient walkable Waikiki location, and at a very affordable price. I think your opinion of this place will be highly dependent on your expectations. We loved it and would definitely recommend it; it was just what we needed and at a great price.

Place could have been improved upon tenfold by it being clean. The bed was comfortable but, the rest was camping. Found a dirty sock when we moved the TV and there was a lot of dust a dirt on the floor where nothing had been moved for a long time.

It was nice. I feel like it could of been better. Wasnt really towels out we had to look for them and toilet paper. Had one blanket i wish it could be bigger. Didnt have no shower stuff so we had our own but woulf of been a plus had these things been there. Overall not bad. Needed wither a bigger trahs can or supply trash bags. Ill give it 79/100
