The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient. The staff are friendly, warm, and provide outstanding service! What made our stay truly unforgettable was the selfless help they offered during a challenging situation.
On the morning of December 30, as we were checking out and preparing to leave, the car we rented from Dollar, parked in the hotel’s lot, unexpectedly wouldn’t start. We called Dollar’s customer service multiple times for assistance but received no help. They directed us to call their emergency hotline, but it was completely useless—just a voicemail with no response.
Feeling desperate, we turned to the hotel staff on duty, Reese, for help. Without hesitation, Reese inspected the car, determined it was likely a battery issue, and called a friend to help jump-start the car. Thanks to their efforts, the car finally started, and we immediately drove to the airport to return it without turning it off. Although our entire day’s plans were ruined, without Reese’s help, we might have missed our cruise trip!
We are deeply grateful to Reese and his friend for their selfless assistance. Jump-starting the car was not Reese’s responsibility, yet he showed compassion, urgency, and a willingness to go above and beyond to help others in need. We feel incredibly fortunate to have met Reese and received his help. What an amazing young man! May God bless Reese and his family!
