Convenience on Waikiki strip!
It was very comfortable for our family of 4 to stretch out and relax. Our twin adult boys loved the idea of just walking outside and going to the beach or visiting the shops or restaurants. The only disappointment was the pool deck area was under construction during our stay. Otherwise, it was a maikaʻi loa (best) stay. We'd definitely return.

The location is wonderful. Right across from Waikiki beach. View is partially blocked but what you can see is lovely. Super close to restaurants and shopping. You can walk everywhere. Several food truck parks were our favorite. But we did have issues. The toilet in the master plugged, then sewage backed up into the bathtub. Had issues with Rotorooter actually showing up to unclog everything. Tried to vacuum sand at our front door but the vacuum had no bag and we couldn't locate any. Used a broom instead. The GFCI in the kitchen was broken. Definitely dangerous. Had issues with the water temp in the showers. Just when you thought it was the right temp, it would get scalding hot, then ice cold and back to scalding. It was hard to keep it at an even temp.

Best location in Waikiki!
As former residents who travel frequently to visit relatives as well as relax, this is the best place we've stayed (of many, many) in Waikiki. Great view. Convenient to everything, and a short walk to everywhere. Self parking is possible, but the 24 hour valet made getting around the island and coming home so easy. We will definitely be booking this place for our next visit!

Really cute place. I think better than it shows in the photos. Even though it’s a vacation rental and they don’t have much to do with it the valet and front desk people are extremely kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and well equipped condo. In the heart of Waikiki action. Walk to everything. Excellent and friendly building staff. Very convenient and free valet parking. Easy access to the beach across the street and a nice ocean view from the condo. Unit furnishing are dated but comfortable. Rent your car from Sixt in the hotel across the street.

Awesome Waikiki condo
Location, Location, Location! Beautiful condo with every amenity you could want or need. View was excellent, however the Waikiki Circle hotel blocked a majority of the view, but it did not take away from the overall excellent experience. Easy check in process and access to condo. Building staff was friendly and treated us like we were family vs. guests. They always greeted us when we left or returned. Valet parking is the way to go, When we arrived the valet took care of parking of our car and brought all our luggage up to the condo, all we had to do is start enjoying . I recommend this condo to anyone who needs a 2 bed 2 bath just steps away from Waikiki.

Wonderful family apartment in Waikiki
This was an ideal property for travelling with a family. Lots of room, full kitchen, laundry facilities and even a wonderful Japanese toilet. It was perfectly located just steps from the beach and all the other amazing amenity of Waikiki. Highly recommend!

First Stay in Hawaii
The location of the condominium was excellent. It provided wonderful ocean views and easy access to all amenities and the beachfront. The staff were welcoming and helpful with check-in. The apartment was well laid out and spacious for the four of us. Some of the furniture and wall paint was a little worn and in need of some refreshment. However, everything was clean. I made the mistake of booking through VRBO instead of booking directly through 'Arrived'. This resulted in me having to pay two booking fees. Other than that, our time in Hawaii at this vacation rental was well worth it.

Easy walk from room to the beach. Close to tons of restaurants and stores. Friendly staff. Sitting on the patio looking at the ocean was brilliant. Rooms were clean and the beds were super soft. Only complaint is we couldn't stay longer

Great for families, perfect location and setup!
This property is wonderful - amazing location right across the street from the beach. Free valet parking is a huge perk. Plentiful beach towels, a great pool and hot tub. It has an amazing ocean view and a great patio for having an evening drink once the kids go to sleep. It had plenty of space for our family of four, and was very kid-friendly. They have a pack-n-play (bring your own sheet) and a step stool for the bathrooms. The bathtubs don't drain well, but we made do. We also had a bit of a snafu with our check-in and the property cleaning, but the team was very responsive and accessible and helped make everything right. We will be coming back! We loved staying in this unit.

Great location! Wonderful balcony! We could see a piece of Waikiki Beach and surfers out in the water catching waves. Great access to the beach surrounded by restaurants and shopping. It is very walkable. The pool and hot tub are very nice. One perk we did not take advantage of is that there are two very nice grills on the pool deck that you can reserve and use to grill food. There are tables to eat at there and nice seating areas as well.

Very disappointed tv never worked to follow-up with news, always asking to be fixed-needed to clean it all when arrived-no cleaning supplies to a broom needed to ask for them, felt like I was getting blown off the whole month stay. Adequate and comfortable
We enjoyed our stay and proximity to all things Waikiki. Though adequate and comfortable, felt this unit needed some updating, especially the bathrooms and refrigerator (rusting in the front and door was difficult to close). The kitchen was mostly well appointed but had only one hand towel - nothing else - not enough for a weeks stay. The view is great except for the hotel directly in front of the lanai. It was a bit creepy to have folks looking directly in on you - even had some want to strike up a conversation from their balcony to our lanai. I could have used a bit more privacy than that while drinking coffee in the perfect weather. The view from the family room is amazing. It would be nice if there was a TV in the bedrooms and not just one in the family area. I would also advise the owners to update their user manual as we spent 2 days trying to understand how to turn the TV on with emails going back and forth. The instructions were no help. We did not spend much time watching TV but wanted to watch the news or such before bed or early morning so one in the bedrooms while dressing or for families with children would be tremendous value at a small cost. Our son and DIL rented a different but similar unit further up the tower and it was very nicely updated with no obstruction by a hotel view and much much better appointed. A little disappointed but again unit was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Mahalo and Aloha!

Great location! Communication between the rental company and the condo management was not great, but was all resolved fairly easily upon arrival. Condo was not super clean considering the high cleaning fee. The unit does provides laundry which is great but did not have any detergent, paper towels or trash bags. The condo management was fantastic and super helpful.
