Located just a block from Waikiki Beach and surrounded by top-tier hotels, this gorgeous penthouse condo offers the style and comfort of a luxury hotel with the added benefits of 1700+ square feet of living space, a large well-appointed kitchen, extra-large private lanais, a full-size washer and dryer, and so much more. Also included is free garage parking in the building.

Upon entering the top-floor condominium, you will enjoy exceptional ocean-facing views through floor-to-ceiling windows from the living room, dining room and kitchen as well as from the 40-foot lanai that spans the length of the condo. A second 40-foot lanai is located off the master bedroom offering beautiful nighttime city views.

The penthouse is located in the very heart of Waikiki. A one-minute walk takes you to the beach where you can surf and sun. Or take a leisurely stroll over to the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Starbucks, moped and bike rentals, world-class shopping, restaurants and other Honolulu attractions. At the end of the day, you’ll come back to your comfortable penthouse overlooking the Pacific Ocean to enjoy a famous Hawaiian sunset from your private lanai.

The penthouse was completely remodeled and professionally decorated and features all new lighting, rugs, furniture and finishes. The rooms are large and comfortable and include two en suite bedrooms with attached bathrooms with king and queen-size beds, high-end mattresses and linens. For additional guests, there is a high-end aero bed with extra pillows and linens.

There is a 55" Smart TV in the living room and a 32" Smart TV in the master bedroom. The contemporary kitchen includes granite counter tops, bar seating and top-of-the line appliances. You can either open the wall of sliding glass doors to enjoy the tropical breezes or turn on the air conditioning and ceiling fans for additional comfort. The ocean-facing lanai offers an outdoor eating area with patio table and chairs and two chaise lounges for relaxation. Unlike most rentals in Waikiki, a garage parking space is also included. We've tried to think of everything you might need for a memorable Waikiki vacation including beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas and body boards for your use. Also, rest assured knowing the condo is safe with secured building and elevator access.

Great property in a perfect location in Waikiki. Just 1 block to Waikiki Beach and a great view of the ocean to enjoy. Property is supplied with lots of beach toys though we only used a few of them ourselves. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom making it perfect for 2 couples. The mattresses and pillows were super comfy.

Property was very nice. Older building, they all are there. Unit was clean and decorated very nicely. In unit laundry was a big help for towels and swimsuits. 1 block to the beach. Good dining and staple shopping within 1 block. Beautiful views and huge top floor balcony. Parking spot was a bit tight but we had and extended suv, definitely wasn't needed.

Great Getaway in Waikiki
We met friends in Waikiki for their 20th anniversary and loved our stay in this great space! We had plenty of room to catch up in this stylish condo. We all loved sitting on the balcony watching Waikiki wake up as well as watching the sun set in the evenings. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed making breakfast in the well appointed kitchen. It was nice to have both a single-serve as well as a coffee pot at our fingertips, as well as a washer and dryer!

The location was amazing! The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The store was right next to the property for easy grab and go food items. The building was secure with an easy check in and check out process. We loved sitting outside on the balcony enjoying the views and great weather. Going to the beach was super easy (walking with beach gear) and chair/umbrella rental was right there. The condo also supplied beach chairs as well. I would recommend this property. Very clean and exactly as described!

Very clean, well-stocked, convenient, close to beach. The rooms were large and beds comfortable.2 bathrooms made it easier for 4 adults to get ready for adventure. Building was very secure. Adjacent hotels made it easy for tour pick-ups. Hosts were wonderful and addressed any questions or issues at all times. Very nice lanais (2). Kitchen and laundry a plus. Much better than a hotel room! Location made it easy to take chairs, tubes, etc.to beach. Hosts went above and beyond. Wonderful!

Well-appointed, attractive and comfortable place just off Waikiki and Diamond head.
Really enjoyed our stay at this penthouse condo unit with comfortable, attractive furnishings including on the large, private, ocean-facing deck. It provided ample room and privacy for two of us, then later, another couple who joined us for a few days of our stay. Its proximity to Waikiki Beach and its main drag is certainly a plus for those seeking that action but because it's on the top floor of a 12-story building and at the Kapiolani Park/Diamond head end of Waikiki, the noise level is fairly muted and manageable. Communication with the owner was excellent - a couple of minor issues with the building came up and were dealt with swiftly and satisfactorily. We would definitely consider returning on a future visit.

Great vacation getaway!
Great location close to Waikiki beach. My husband, two college age children and myself stayed for a few days before heading to the North Shore. It was perfect for my daughter and I to walk the short distance to the beach for some float time and sun. My entire family enjoyed walking around Waikiki to the food vendors and shopping. The air conditioning units in the unit worked great which was something that was important to my family as it’s humid this time of year. Minimal city noise at night which was a pleasant surprise from my previous visit in another part of the city. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Overall a great experience and I would not hesitate to return.

Two-week Waikiki Penthouse stay.
Penthouse was exactly as promised and did not disappoint in any aspect. It was like a home from home for the four of us for two lovely weeks. Is was a gorgeous place and very comfortable. The balcony was so relaxing watching the sunsets and daily rainbows. Great restaurants in walking distance. Can't Beat Location!
This beautiful condo is walkable to great Waikiki beaches, so no need to hassle with parking. The owners are very easy to work with- the aerobed provided had a slow leak and within hours the owner had dropped off a new one! Sitting on the front lanai watching the waves and planning our vacation day was one of our favorite activities here. There is an included parking spot with the rental, which is hard to find in Honolulu, and it was so useful.

Amazing location and even better view
Words can’t describe how wonderful it was waking up to this view. This unit is located in the heart of Waikiki and is steps away from everything. Going to the beach, the strip, restaurants, Starbucks and amazing shave ice couldn’t be easier. The highlight for my kids was walking the strip, taking in the night life and shopping every night. The unit had more than enough space for the four of us (as we had initially intended to travel as a family of 6). The beds were incredibly comfy as was the couch. Our family enjoyed eating dinner in the large dining room and everything and anything you needed was at your fingertips. Barb was so fantastic throughout the entire process. She responded to emails within hours and even when there was a glitch with the processing of my payments through VRBO she went above and beyond I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Barb for an amazing time!
