It was clean, which I highly appreciate. Many small things around the room were broken/old but for the price it was to be expected. The staff were very polite and accomodating. The pool/jacuzzi and little tiki bar were adorable. I would book here again.

We really liked the location of the hotel for our stay. It was convenient to many attractions and food. The hotel is quite old and showing its age in it's rooms and accomidations. We had to have our shower fixed during our stay as it had no pressure. It was also a bit inconvenient to have to pay a significant cleaning fee and only have our room cleaned once. But this could be overlooked for the price of our stay. We were lucky and able to get parking for our rental car but I understand this is not always the case so book early.

I loved that there was a restaurant and bar right inside and also a very nice clean pool with hot tub! Everyone was so great! I didn't like the cleaning fee charge but what can you do? Staff were all super friendly and I would love to come back. Ocean is in walking distance!

Really nice hotel with friendly staff and a big room with kitchen a 3 balconies, it has everything you need, the downside is it doesn’t include housekeeping service and you need to request everything at the front desk even towels. The worst part was the terrible noise from a construction site right next to the hotel with machines working at 7:00 am, it’s unbelievable they got authorization to start so early.

On December 23. 2024 approximately 2324 hours, i iakopo Leota checked in to my room and got my kids in bed after a ling trip for them from Ft Riley Kansas and i iakopo came from deployment on special leave crossing 2 continents. My 2 boys 9 and 8 years old were tired and i got my kids into bed after checking in and then came down to the desk and asked about where do.i parked my vehicle and was told i should had got a smaller vehicle to fit in the garage and my jeep rental could not fit and was told by the technician and given a paper to go look fkr parking and pay another additional money out of my pocket for the toll after i had paid in full for my hotel room and garage together but after looking for parking for 12 minutes alond the canel and around the area i had gotten upset due to the fact my young children was asleep up in the rooms by themselves and i had to go look for parking lot and pay more additional money to the toll. The garage space had other suv taking 2 space. I spoke to technician and said i need my money back because im tired and crossed 2 continent from deployment to pick up my kids from Kansas and looking for parking for 12 minutes left my tired children upstairs in the room while i went out to go hunt for a parking spot and i didn't breach hotel policy and informed the technician yall did as a agency and also informed im going to call HPD if i was not to receive my full refund back but the technician did refund me back. I was nit happy of my stay.

Older property. Well taken care of but old around the edges. Sheets did not fit the mattresses constantly having to retuck or end up on bare mattress...blech. shower head needed to ge clean so many of the shower head holes were clogged so not full pressure. DEFINITELY wirth the price. Over all good value.

Staff were being rude to my family and I. Not just the staff but also other guest staying at the same hotel. And let me not forget the roaches I seen in the closet and living room. Don’t Believe me ? I have pictures!. Only nice and respectful person there was John aka Jonny boy amazing service from him and only him!. I Don’t recommend this place unless you want roaches to cuddle you at night and if you want guest people acting like they own the hotel with you. Thank you very much for your time.

Property was simple. Nothing spectacular but had the basics that was needed if you were looking to enjoy the area not the hotel. Location was great as it was mid point to many restaurants and shops but also easy walking distance to the beach. The one blemish was that they didn’t offer daily room service and you were expected to empty your own garbages in their dumpster.

It was good if you’re looking to save and a good location but it does need to be updated. The view was amazing if you get the ocean and Mountain View. Our shower was broken and couldn’t use and it just looks like it needs a renovation, it looked more old school and not like the pictures at all. We also got a different room than what we were suppose too.
