When we arrived at 4pm on the August 14th to check in, we learned that our reservation from Expedia had not yet been sent to the hotel despite the fact that we had booked the room in mid June. We had to wait an hour before the hotel was able to confirm that we did in fact had a room to stay in. I’ve never had an issue with Expedia bookings rooms before and I am not sure I’ll consider Red Awning properties.
