"The spa and treatments are very high quality! Alpina Restaurant was great but expensive to have all your meals in. I didn’t like having to call shuttle for every spa, meal or other area too far to walk from rooms. Staff came quick but still would rather have everything all in one place. Lots of stairs even in some rooms so those who find stairs difficult shouldn’t stay here Pool not impressive. No hot tub but some rooms have a jacuzzi bath tub. "

"We boated up from WA St. To.BC Canada. With 4 kids 9 and under. They loved the heated indoor pool and the space in the suites. We got drop prawn pots and salmon fish. We had a enjoyable three generation vacay"

"Overall we had a great stay, we enjoyed the trails that are right on the doorstep for hiking. When we arrived the house was freezing, it took a little to heat it up as it is such a big home. When it was warm it was so cosy and nice. The house was perfect for our large gathering, and it was clean and very well appointed. We had some issues with doors sticking and even a couple of our guests getting locked into their rooms. The master ensuite had no hot water despite running the water for 10 mins...

"This property exceeded all of our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and really fancy, but it was so comfortable too. The architecture, the views, the amenities, the sauna, the games room, the furniture, how well stocked it was. It was all around just awesome. Billy was an incredible host, great communication and was very kind. We'll definitely come back. I highly recommend this rental!"

"This is a beautiful house on a lovely waterfront property in a quiet neighbourhood. The beds are comfortable. With some improvements, it could be a five-star rating. However, on our visit there were discrepancies in the amenities listed from what was actually at the house, and the photos should be updated to depict the home as it actually is presently. The amenities incorrectly listed: no high chair; no outdoor playground; no workspace/desk; bunk bed room does not have three double beds, there are two double beds.The ice dispenser was broken and there were no ice cube trays as an alternative. The indoor fireplace is fueled by propane but the tank was empty. We could not get the master bedroom TV to work. After contacting the hosts, they offered a small refund to compensate for the empty propane tank and also suggested I buy ice cube trays for which I would be reimbursed. An offer was made to over-the-phone trouble shoot together the non-working TV but I declined.There was no access to cushions for any of the outdoor furniture. No face towels provided.Except for one small section, the pier and deck are in very poor condition. The indoor lounge chairs with ottomans have peeled and are very tired looking. Large carpet in front of fireplace needs cleaningThe bedding provided is adequate but not as depicted in the photos.There is a door camera at the front entrance to the home. The fact that it is there is not disclosed on the property description."

"We were in town for a hockey tournament and stayed two nights. The place was well stocked with everything anyone would need. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. We didn’t get a chance to use the sauna, but it looked awesome! We would definitely stay again."
