The Thirsty Penguin Washer Tournament
The property was perfect for our tournament. 28 friends and family gathered for our 2nd annual tournament. The house and other buildings were perfect for our group. We had 28 guys that each had their own beds. We will definitely consider this property going forward for our get togethers.

Perfect setting for family reunion
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful location. We were 24 people ranging in age from 3 to 70+, and there was plenty of space for everyone to come together or to do their own thing. The kitchen was perfect for a big group. And there was a ton of entertainment for the kids. The property management was also excellent, friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We would come back!

Great place for family gathering!
Family of 25 enjoyed our weekend getaway trip for my sister's Birthday and we had a blast. Rooms was clean, house was very spacious, kitchen had everything we needed and not to mention the owner was VERY nice and accommodating to me and my family. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place for large groups
We absolutely loved our stay here. Tons of beds for everyone and lots of space. The biggest plus was the industrial kitchen appliances so it was easy to cook huge meals for 40 people. Clean property lots of nice amenities. Overall would highly recommend and would stay again!

Good place for a Family get together
We have a very good family get together at this location. There was plenty of space and a lot of activities for the kids. We spent a lot of time outside paddle boating, sitting in the Gazebo, and going for nature walks. It was very nice.

Vacation for extended family
Willow Pond was ideal for our large extended family with 12 children under age 8. There is a good variety of activities that kept everyone happily occupied and the indoor spaces were comfortable.

The property was amazing and well accommodated 30 people from infants to adults. The entire property was very clean and the owner was accommodating as well. Will definitely be back with my family soon!

Perfect for our family reunion
We had 3 generations and 30+ people there for a week. It had everything we needed. Kids had plenty of space to play outside. There was enough folding tables and chairs for meal times. Kitchen was well equipped. The main house is older, but we’ll kept and comfortable. Owner was very responsive and helpful with any of our needs. Thanks for letting us stay!

The space was even better than expected! There was plenty of space to roam around and play, for both adults and grown ups. The outdoor area provided a lot of fun play and exploration. Chani was in touch as much as needed and responded to all our questions throughout the weekend. We had a great time and are so appreciative of this space!

Perfect!
Our entire family gathered for Mom's 80th. Including 12 great grandchildren. This was just the right place. The children loved fishing in the pond. We enjoyed fireworks over the pond in the evening. Had a campfire, enjoyed dinner in the gazebo. It is a nice place with only a few areas that need a little TLC, but you can tell the owners care enough to keep it up. Great place for children and adults.

Men’s Retreat
We searched for over a year to find a place that would accommodate 25-30 guys for our church’s fall men’s retreat. Then my mom came across this property. We reached out to Chanie and she was able to answer all our questions. When we arrived, everything was as it was listed on the website. Beds were quite comfortable and showers were hot. We plan on making this our yearly spot!

PERFECTION!!
my family hasn't seen eachother since before covid and we really wanted a controlled place without a staff or anything so we could minimize risk. we had so many rooms that every person could have their own room. we're a picky bunch and we had not a single solitary complaint. we were almost gonna nitpick and say no salt and pepper, i had to run into town to buy some. but by the time i got back they found it! my family ranges from 6 years old to 75 and everyone had a blast. we'll definitely be returning

Family Reunion
Willow Pond was well appointed for our large family group. Plenty of tables & chairs & room to set up 6 tables in the dining room. Sunroom and kitchen nook provided room for quiet time with a nice view of the pond & property. Grounds were well appointed for all ages. Host, Hostess & Caretaker were very responsive to our requests. Unfortunately, there was an unruly long term tenant on the property that caused some issues. The Host, Hostess and Caretaker did respond promptly to our concerns. Our understanding is that the tenant was asked to vacate the premises. Overall, we had a lovely week & thoroughly enjoyed the property. The gazebo was immensely popular with all four generations of ou family.
