Situation excellente au bord du canal du Midi accès direct au port et centre-ville.
L’equipement pourrait être complété par un mini four plus performant, un grille-pain. Il manque un éclairage de rue le long des deux résidences, la route vers le lac étant particulièrement dangereuse ( vitesse )
