Great concept if the home was CLEAN and indoor pool was heated.
"Property is outdated and very dirty. We were very concerned about health risk from dust, mold and roof leak. There is also a separate living quarter that is off limits and locked. Several doors and rooms off limit. Cameras everywhere and felt like we were being watched. It was a very creepy place. ..."

"If you love water, there is no better location than this one. I grew up on a houseboat and this is like that but without the gentle rocking. Kayaks were available so I could launch right off the porch. It’s only a 30 minute paddle to Homosassa Springs. The wildlife that visits is great to watch. ..."
