Fabulous Spanish/Mediterranean Villa in lovely waterfront community in HOMOSASSA! Don’t miss the opportunity to spend some quality time in this comfortable 2 story, 4 Bedroom (Sleeps 8), 3 1/2 Bathroom, 2 Car Garage home. This gorgeous 2 story home is located right on the Canal in the One-of-a-Kind, Upscale, Waterfront Community of Homosassa TRADEWINDS.
Bring your own boat to experience the fun and exciting Florida Nature Coast! You have the option of Renting a boat slip right in the Marina For an Extra Fee of $45 per night with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for world class fishing, dolphin viewing or swimming! We can accommodate a boat of Max 26 Ft . Minutes to the nearby Homosassa Springs to swim with the Manatees. There are many Boat, Pontoon Rentals in the area and Professional Guides to take you out. We can make recommendations. Air Boat rides and Manatee Tours are available and very exciting. We have 2 Kayaks and 2 bikes for your use. There is also the option for a Golf Cart Rental.
The villa is loaded with amenities like Smart TV - ROKU or Xumo operated with hundreds of Chanels, A flat screen Smart TV in MBR and Living room, free Wi-Fi. The Villa has beds for 8. We also have a Pack & Play and a Child’s High Chair.
Included is full use of the Tennis Court, Swimming Pool and Cabana, Private Boat Ramp, Docks. The House has 2 Fully Screened Porches. The First-Floor open floor plan has 2 sets of French Doors to separate Porches, a Dining Area, inside Laundry, Half-Bath, nice Kitchen with breakfast bar and utensils, dishes, pots, coffee makers and many added amenities. The Master Bedroom on the First Floor is complete with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with Shower and Large Bathing Tub! Upstairs there are 3 large Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. The house is steps away from the pool and courts. Another great feature of this location-GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED on this side of the River from the Water Tower to McRae's, Riverside, The Old Mill, The Freezer and Mason Creek! Use Golf Cart to explore the Grounds and remember… the nearby history filled Old Homosassa is Golf Cart Friendly. Explore the town at your leisure.
A fun location with nearby golf courses. All the best of Florida is within driving distance for day trips to Beautiful Tampa, Clearwater Beaches and Orlando Resorts. Several Gulf Beaches are just minutes away. At the house you will find a book of nearby restaurants and places to visit. Florida is known for Hiking and Bike trails.

Perfect quiet getaway
Tradewinds is a quaint and quiet neighborhood and a great quiet family getaway. We go scalloping and to the nearby springs. This house is perfectly located right near Homosassa Springs.

Gorgeous Home
Gorgeous home with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Lovely & spacious with screened front and rear patios. Comfy beds & plenty of TV's. Situated on a waterway so if you have a boat, you are just steps away from the home. Great location - we would definitely stay here again.

One of my favorite vacations
The house is in a perfect location if you want to fish or just go to the springs. This is are 2nd year staying at this house and I already booked for next year. Now that I found this place I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Owners are super nice. House is super nice. And if you have a big family it’s perfect!

The house was great. Very neat and clean. The house exceptionally keep in very good shape the home owners were fantastic about getting info to us. I would stay there again if I were going to do some fishing or hiking. The area is Beautiful it reminded me a a little quite fishing town.

Perfect Property
We have stayed at several other house in the Tradewinds neighborhood. This was our first time at this property and it is now our favorite floor plan. I loved all of the personal touches since it is owned by a couple that live their part time. Communication with the owners was great! Will be coming back every year.

The Perfect Place
Our SC family came to visit our Florida family for Thanksgiving and this villa was the perfect place for us to stay. Its location at the marina was a beautiful setting. The kitchen was the most well equipped we have ever rented. The bedrooms and baths were comfortable and worked well for our children and the grandchildren. Also the living area was spacious and gave us a good place to visit. The property owners are gracious and quick to respond to questions. We will definitely come again.

Scallop trip
Great accommodations. Cold A/C and easy access with a boat are the two things my husband was very happy about. The children had two bathrooms upstairs and were separated from the master and downstairs area. Perfect for our family. I noticed the walk in closet in the master bedroom had a pack n play which is great for families with babies. Two coffeemakers one Keurig and one pot depending on preference. Great family vacation.

Exceeded all expectations!
This was our first year scalloping and this home could not have been more perfect for our family. We brought our boat and used the slip which was easy to get in and out of. We were extremely close to lots of restaurants by boat and car. Close to Publix & Walmart. About 45 minutes out to go scalloping. The house ahead all the amenities we could possibly need and the host was extremely helpful and answered in a timely manner with any questions. Highly highly recommend this property!

We had a group of friends and family stay. House was well equipped and perfect location. We kept our pontoon boat in the slip behind the house. River was easily accessible to great restaurants and the springs. We definitely will return.
