We had a family of 7 staying and the large living room was perfect for conversation. The home is on a canal leading to the Homosassa River. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Kayaks were also available.

Perfect getaway!

The house is perfect for a stay in homosassa. Beautiful porch to enjoy your morning coffee and a good view! Plenty of room for a few couples or a large family! Everything was nice and clean. Can’t wait to stay again!

Relaxing and Breezy

We loved the house. The location was close to all things Homosassa. We spent most of the time relaxing under the house where the breeze kept most of the bugs and the heat away. The house was equipped with everything we needed and then some.

Location was good. Three rooms meant that the 8th person had to sleep in the wide open living room. (We were able to make a bed for three to sleep in the room with no bathroom) This place is great for six people or less.

Very pleased with the location, cleanliness, boat dock, parking.....only complaint is the "commercial ice maker"..... ALOT smaller than what we were thinking when referred to as commercial. More like residential. Used the twice the ice down the road. Still great time!!!

Wonderful place

We loved our stay. It started out rough since we arrived around 4:00 and the key was not in the lock box. We had a struggle getting ahold of someone right away but they did call back with in 20 minutes so that wasn’t bad. Grateful they had another resource to get us inside since the cleaning people left the key on the counter instead of the box. Easy mistake. The owners were amazing to have a back up plan. The place was well stocked. Beautiful place and huge dock space. Loved the location. It’s right in the middle of everything. Short boat ride to any of the restaurants on the river. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Guys fall fishing trip. Only Problem was that had no access to live TV programming. Middle of Football season and no access to any of the Major networks - ABC - CBS - NBC or ESPN. For the $$ pd Expect functioning TV access .

Extremely wonderful, great atmosphere, clean, and relaxing!!

It was a WOW factor from the second we pulled into the driveway and we walked in the front door. Clean great personality had every utensil that you could think of needing for cooking. Had bikes and kayaks and games in an icemaker. To wake up early in the morning and watch the sunrise to jump on the bikes to return and go down the river on the kayaks. We were in the area for a huge family reunion across Homassasa River. We brought our own two kayaks and had the four there. It was a great trip down the river. I do suggest that you kayak early in the morning so you don’t have to fight the current across homassasa River. It was beautiful. It was fun it was relaxing. To walk in to a home away from home Was just extraordinary. We will definitely be returning. If I didn’t have our family reunion, I would’ve gone on the airboat as I highly recommend and amongst the other adventures that are available in the area.

Great canal home in Home in Homosassa.

This is a really nice canal property and a10 min boat ride to all the restaurants in town. The house has everything you need for a nice stay. The ground level ice machine was a nice touch!

Peaceful and Super Clean

Wow!! The owners of this home really go out of their way go make their guests feel right at home. This home was super clean, cozy and best of all, had amazing views down the canal. We enjoyed the downstairs seating area where we hung out with the nice breeze coming through. In the mornings when we went out on the boat, it was great to be able to walk outside and have our boat right there. If you are wondering about if your boat will fit at the dock, we had a 24' deep V center console boat in there with no issue. It did pretty much take up the length of the dock though. There is absolutely nothing I can say that was negative about our stay. The rooms, linens, towels, kitchen, everything was super clean and like new. Perfect place and will be back again!!
