Attached garage parking for 2 (tall 8’4” doors). EV car charger located in the garage. 2 additional spots on paved driveway. Additional dirt/gravel driveway parking for 3 vehicles or boat parking (May-October when no snow). No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Winter:
Backyard is great for sledding! Chains/4WD often required in Tahoe. Outdoor furniture, fire pit and BBQ grill typically not available. Whole-house backup generator provides full electricity, heat, and hot water in case of occasional Tahoe power outages. Consider trip insurance in case of severe weather conditions.
