A skier’s paradise, you’ll find Squaw Valley Resort (13 miles), Northstar California Resort (22 miles), and Kirkwood Mountain Resort (55 miles) all providing world-class winter recreation. Not to mention all the fun attractions of Lake Tahoe nearby. Spend a day fishing, embarking on a guided rafting tour, or swimming in the crystal clear waters.

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by an expansive, open-concept living area with high ceilings, wall-to-wall window views, a stone fireplace, stylish yet rustic decor, and plenty of warm, wooden accents bringing the beauty of the outside in. Create a delicious home-cooked meal in the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, then cozy up by the fire to play board games or take some me-time with a good book. During blissful downtime, the whole group will love hanging out in the spacious den to watch the game, then retreating to the spacious deck to kick back with some local brews and watch the sun go down.

Equally lovely, the bedrooms are adorned with thoughtful touches, plush linens, and large windows, while the primary’s spa-like jetted tub (alongside a fireplace!) inspires ultimate serenity.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
