Kind, considerate host
The host was extremely accommodating to our family and made our stay very comfortable. Great location from town. They have friendly, nice neighbors. Also, we enjoyed moose, bunnies, and sandhill cranes around the vrbo.

Very accommodating hosts! Beautiful property with a separate entrance. Really well furnished. Very nice looking kitchen. Nice blend of modern and rustic decor. Very comfortable and cozy.

This was a beautiful, quiet, lovely place to stay with a deck and a view overlooking the ocean. The 2-story design made me feel as though I was in a home, rather than a hotel room.....I could have moved in permanently! Really nice place thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped and attractive unit. We spent considerable time in the upstairs are with 2 comfy chairs and a view of the bay. Dan was very helpful and considerate during our stay.

Perfect place for our one night stay
Even though only spent one night the place welcomed us back from a long off and on rainy afternoon exploring Homer. Newer unit that was clean, super cozy and functional. Easy communication with owner. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Split level, bedroom up, bath and kitchen down. Huge view window in bedroom overlooking the bay and mountains. Lovely place to stay and would hope to stay again if we go back to Homer.

Sweet Homer bungalow
This property was the perfect place for us to stay while exploring Homer. Location was excellent-close to downtown and the Homer Spit. Daniel and Sarah were great hosts. We met them, as the VRBO unit is attached to their home. The design and craftsmanship of the newly created unit is fantastic. Everything is quality! If we return to Homer, we would gladly rent this bungalow again.

Lovely stay!
We were three friends staying with the Millers for a friend’s wedding in Homer. The apartment is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood within walking distance from downtown Homer (not the Spit). We walked down to Bishop’s Beach and Two Sisters Bakery (about a 15-minute walk downhill to downtown). The beds were comfortable and the view from the small deck was fantastic. We had two visiting red Herons meander onto the lawn and hang out for a while. Sarah was very nice and accommodating and the apartment was clean and comfortable for our needs.

Beautiful spotless apartment with an awesome view.
The owner was very prompt with any replies. They were super accommodating. The view from the bedroom balcony was as beautiful as the pictures. The apartment having a full kitchen was so much better than a hotel especially for those who have dietary restrictions and need to prepare their own food. The bedroom upstairs with the bathroom downstairs might be an issue for people who have problems. Otherwise I would say this is a perfect place. Bedroom upstairs is huge and could easily fit some extra air mattresses if owners would allow. Well worth checking this place out. It was awesome. Thanks for a great vacation. God Bless.

Friendly, modern, clean and quiet
This was our 1st VRBO experience and Dan and Sarah Warmly welcomed us and told us to contact them if there was anything that we forgot that they might be able to help with. A quiet neighborhood and comfy bed and pillows made it easy to fall asleep. Close to all Homer attractions. The Kitchen contains plates, silverware, glasses, and cooking pots and pants. This home has a separate entrance. Towels and washcloths provided as well as some shower soap along with shampoo and conditioner. The shower head is adjustable which is awesome after some beachcoming activities. If you need a break from all of your activities, you can enjoy a comfortable night on the sofa and put your feet up while you Stream movies or whatever you like through the VRBO profile. Notice the table top lifts and doubles as an eating surface. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea upstairs in the sitting area while looking at the picturesque mountains and water. We picked up some seashells from the beach and and wrote the date we were there and left them in the basket by the door. Maybe this tradition can continue with you. We enjoyed our stay! Thanks Dan and Sarah for everything!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY!!!
Gracie's VRBO was so wonderful! My husband, our 28-year old daughter and I stayed three nights in Homer and we couldn't have imagined a better place--we had everything we needed, and then some, at Gracie's well-appointed, super clean VRBO home. First of all, I have to say the bed was the MOST COMFORTABLE BED I've ever slept on! I am not exaggerating! I actually felt so much better each morning, and I know it was because I had such a good night's sleep in the incredibly heavenly bed. I even asked Gracie about the type of mattress it was, and I have since purchased one--seriously life changing! The location was also perfect, being very close to the main area of Homer. The views of the mountains and Beluga Lake were outstanding, looking out from the large picture windows in the living area. Upon our arrival, we were thrilled to find a generous bowl of fresh fruit that Gracie had provided, which came in very handy. There were multiple special touches throughout the home, which we really appreciated. Gracie was a superb hostess who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, and we will definitely stay at her lovely home next time we're in Homer! I highly highly highly recommend Gracie's VRBO home!!!
