This charming Alaskan sea-themed apartment is nestled in the historic Pioneer Inn, in the heart of downtown Homer - walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, museums, art galleries... and a 5 min drive from the Spit, airport, parks, hospital, etc. You’ll love it because of the spacious yet cozy living area, well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, WiFi, cable TV, baby/kid essentials, and large front yard with outdoor seating. It's perfect for couples, business travelers, and families & kids.

The space
This homey Alaskan sea-themed apartment boasts a common living area with a well-stocked kitchen, including a full-sized oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, etc. If you are doing a lot of cooking and need extra kitchen items, please ask as we have a full selection for checkout downstairs!!

The living area has a table; comfy chairs for relaxing and watching cable TV or Netflix after an exciting day of hiking or fishing; and two twin beds for extra guests - or just for kicking back on. The bedroom contains a comfy king bed, large closet with hangers, and full bath.

We are located in the heart of downtown Homer. Art Shop Gallery, Northwind Home Goods, and the Pratt Museum are right next door. Also in immediate walking distance are great dinner and breakfast restaurants and coffee shops. A beautiful hiking trail and two great parks are right up the street.
