"The home is beautiful & accommodations are wonderful. It is clear a lot of hard work has gone into stellar remodeling & the decor is a very nice blend of modern & antique. We absolutely loved our stay. The location is great to visit local hiking & sites in Newark, Zanesville and surrounding areas. We would definitely stay again if in the area!"

"I had hoped to give this property a good review. Unfortunately, it seemed like it was a quick flip with little attention to detail. The first impression was an overgrown walkway and slippery steps without a hand rail. There was no mat to wipe our wet shoes inside the door. It is advertised for 13 people, but seating in the large TV room for only 6-7, despite plenty of room for more. "What a wonderful place to getaway for a few days. The hosts were beyond gracious & the accommodations were outstanding. It was so peaceful sitting on the back deck, hearing the rooster, & enjoying the beauty of the property. The inside is decorated beautifully & the bed was like sleeping at home!! Mike was nice enough to even start a fire for us which made it even that more enjoyable. Would certainly recommend this to anyone!! Thanks for having us!"
