"My stay was great, my room exceeded my expectations and the view of the lake was beautiful. The only issues that i had was how you can hear everything from outside through the glass, at night i would hear the police sirens and trucks, in the morning i could hear people yelling! Another issue that i had was how there would be people homeless people in the hotel lobby grabbing tea or just sitting down, they didn’t bother me what so ever but for the safety of kids who go to play in the pool or...

"The staff was amazing and prompt when getting extras(towels,pillow,etc). They had a power outage(not their fault) It was cold and the heater did not seemed to be pushing out enough heat, but it was manageble"

"We fell ill and could not make our trip. I will say that Chris was very understanding and a very good communicator. Next time we go to Lakeland we will most certainly stay with Chris.
