Hosts reserved a parking spot in a garage for us too, which was perfect since we had a rental car. Hosts are informative and did a wonderful job communicating with us. "What a unique place to stay! We were on the way driving from Frankfurt to Luxembourg and stopped there for 1 night. The farm is located approximately 40 min from the center of Luxembourg city in a very rustic beautiful area surrounded by green fields and windmills. "We stayed at Leiwen for 6 days and had a fantastic time. It is a quaint, little German town on the Mosel. We walked everywhere in the town: information center, bakery, grocery, pubs, and restaurants. Took a bus to Treir, Mosel river cruise to Berncastle, car trip to Berg Eltz castle. The cottage was much more than we imagined. It had a very comfortable living area with back yard and patio."

Mit Hilfe eines Codes konnten wir auch später ankommen. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man brauchte. Was mir besonders gut gefiel war ein riesiger Kühlschrank und ein Gefrierfach nebeneinander. "We thought we were going to stay in Losheim, but instead, our FeWo was in Scheiden, a town 5 km. away. Once we got used to having to drive to Losheim for our groceries, it was OK. The apartment was spacious and we were quite comfortable there. The area was very rural, with bike and walking paths throughout. One could actually see the night sky from the bathroom skylight! It was easy to get to neighboring towns, such as Mettlach and Trier, from where we were. Our hosts were friendly and helpful."

"This is a very unique property in that you check yourself in through a machine and locate your room by yourself. There is a communal dining area where you can prepare your own food. We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! It is very unique. The service was outstanding!"
