"We really loved staying at this house. It’s in the perfect location, stepping out straight into the woods. We spotted 4 deer at sunset on one day, and came across many of the wild horses that roam around in the area. Several great walks in nearby woods too. We recommend visiting the Raptor Centre nearby too. The house was perfect for us. Everything you could need. It was clean & tidy. We really appreciated the bottle of Prosecco & a lovely chocolate cake! Anne greeted us and came to say goodbye...

"We had a weekend at this property to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. There were 10 adults and 4 dogs.We had a fabulous time. The property is beautiful, plenty of space for us all, a wonderful enclosed garden for the dogs, the weather was great so we were able to use the pool and hot tub. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were great at communicating with us, and Timo was extremely helpful and easy going.We didn't want to leave and would certainly hope...

"Very happy with the property. It was a good size for our group to share meals. A lovely circular walk on the doorstep and very nearby chalk stream. A bit of a drive to local coast. It’s near a noisy road which you can’t see but you can’t hear it at all from inside the house. "

Pictures on site are accurate, we asked for the twin beds to be fixed together to create a larger space, such luxury! "The cottage is lovely. I was a little surprised/disappointed by the close proximity of other houses as the pictures make it look quite rural. A good sized cottage with a beautiful garden leading out onto a recreation ground which was ideal for the children and walking the dogs. The cottage was well equipped and spacious with modern amenities including a lovely coffee machine and range cooker. Unfortunately there were somethings that we felt could be improved on.
