"We had 2 wonderful weeks at this property. The location was fantastic as was the view. It was very well equipped and comfortable. There were plenty of places to eat in or takeaway or just sit for coffee. A couple of minor problems were quickly resolved by the agent. Easily accessible and with parking underground secure. Only minor complaint was the towels provided which were well past their sell-by date. (We went a bought a couple of bath towels for £15.)"

"Brilliant location - quiet apartment/flat in rural area. Within 30-60mins of many fab Cornish places - Eden Project, Jamaica Inn, North coastline (Boscastle, Tintagel, Padstow). Some fabulous family activities close by. Township only 1mile away. Clean & tidy flat, with all the amenities needed, full kitchen, bathroom, pull-out sofa & hosts provided an airbed for 2nd teen. "A lovely peaceful week at flat 5 Seapoint. The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Simon, the owner who lives behind the property, greeted us on our first day, he was very friendly and had left us lots of treats (thank you Simon). We didn't venture too far from the flat, but did have lunch at Pilchards restaurant in Port Gaverne, it's a tapas place, a bit pricey but nice. The flat is newly renovated and has everything you need for a week away from home. "

"The apartment is perfectly positioned with gorgeous views of the beach from every window. The apartment is on a hill and the walk to the beach, although short, is quite steep, so that may be a consideration for some. There wasn't a single thing we wanted during the stay that wasn't available: it is very much a home away from home. Rachel was a great host, easily contactable and friendly. We had such a wonderful time and definitely intend to return."
