This lovely cottage is situated in a quiet location close to Holmfirth, perfect for exploring the historic towns and villages close by or adventuring to The Peak District. A perfect UK getaway whatever the weather, with plenty to see and do. A cottage full of character with an array of delicious food options to choose from in and around the area, including unique choices such as The Cider Press and Holmfirth Vineyard. Ideal for a couples country getaway.

There is use of an outdoor seating area with garden patio furniture and we also have space for parking 1 car opposite the property (please do not park in front of the neighbours window)

Honley is a great central location to explore the surrounding areas, Holmfirth is a 5 minute car ride away, a town famous for the Last of the Summer Wine series and home to the beautiful Holmfirth Vineyard . Various nearby attractions including the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, Hepworth Gallery, The Peak District National Park and the National Coal Mining Museum. Holmfirth also hosts numerous festivals throughout the year.

Set along the route for the Tour De Yorkshire there are plenty places to explore including the stunning landscapes of the nearby Peak District, this staycation is ideal for walkers/cyclists and romantic getaways.

Also close by are surrounding cities Huddersfield, Sheffield, Leeds & Manchester. All accessible via train, bus or car.
