Nestled under the royal palms, you'll find Royal Palm, our two-bedroom home, two blocks to the sandy beaches of AMI!

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. With a king bed in the guest room and queen sofa sleeper in the living room, our home accommodates up to six guests. Each bedroom has a TV. Our guests will enjoy crisp bed linens and plush towels from our professional linen service.

Relax in the tropical backyard and take a dip in the refreshing pool and spa. Enjoy the tropical breezes poolside from a pool lounger or Adirondack chair. The gas BBQ grill is provided for your grilling pleasure. Enjoy your catch of the day while dining on the enclosed lanai.

Complimentary WIFI is provided to keep everyone connected during vacation. Beach towels and beach chairs are available for your trips to the beach.

Royal Palm is centrally located on AMI, in Holmes Beach, and is close to dining, shopping and all the island has to offer. Hop on the free island trolley and explore the seven mile stretch of Anna Maria.

Wonderful vacation!
Our family had a wonderful stay at Royal Palm! The heated pool and hot tub were amazing and helped make our trip more enjoyable while the temperatures were cool. The location is perfect - an easy walk to the beach, several coffee shops and restaurants and my absolute favorite store - Original Sand Dollar! The beds were super comfy and unit was extremely clean. We hope to stay again!!

This home is exactly what we wanted for our mother/daughter (plus 2 littles) trip! The one level, easy access, back door security alarm, screened in porch, and the famous kid friendly/adult indulging pool was perfect for our visit. We were so lucky to get in and out before the storm. Anna Maria Island STRONG!!

This house was perfect for our family. It had everything we could need. It was an easy walk to the beach. Bait shop, ice cream and souvenir shops all within walking distance. The kids really enjoyed the pool as well. We will be returning!

Everything is as advertised! Very clean, spacious and beautiful. This was our second time at this property and loved it just as much as our first visit. Very much appreciated the well cared for beach items- have had our share of “ run down” chairs. This is a well maintained property!

Perfect place to stay!
This was our first time in Anna Maria Island and the Royal Palm did not disappoint! It was the perfect little beach house with an amazing backyard! We used the pool and hot tub every evening. The location made it so easy to access the beautiful beach everyday and many good dining options (The Feast, Hurricane Hanks, Finn’s Irish pub, to name a few) We enjoyed getting takeout from The Feast (great food) and enjoying evening dinners on the screened in porch! We would absolutely choose to stay at the Royal Palm again!!

The perfect vacation home!
We had a great stay at The Royal Palm! The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. Our kids loved the heated pool, and the hot tub was ideal for mom & dad! Hosts were extremely responsive. Beach, restaurants & shopping within walking distance. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again next time we visit AMI!

First time on AMI/ Holmes Beach and pleasantly please with our stay at the Royal Palm. We enjoyed everthing and used the pool every day. Sunsets every night, dining at various delicious spots so close by. We will be back.

October getaway
This house was perfect for 2-4 adults, it was beautifully located too. The pool is very small but we don’t swim laps and the hot tub was great. Management company was very attentive but we really didn’t have too many problems. I would come back again for sure. AMI has beautiful beaches and we walked them every morning. Lots of expensive restaurants , but the kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook.

We had a fantastic week on AMI. Would highly recommend Royal Palm. The pool is perfect for the kids and shaded most of the day so it’s the perfect way to cool off after being at the beach. It’s a 6 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to a bunch of other restaurants and shops.

We loved staying in this property and would absolutely stay here again! The pictures are exactly accurate to the space. I highly recommend this property. The outside area and sunroom are perfect to get some extra R&R while you aren’t on the beach.

Great spa
Good location 6 minute walk from the beach. Very nice unit, well stocked, nice large tv's and nicely decorated. Only complaint is we would have liked firmer pillows option. Rentals overall in Anna Maria getting too expensive for average people, so may have to look elsewhere next time but we love Anna Maria.

Great Beach Getaway
Beautifully property with modern/updated amenities and very well decorated/modern beach vibe. Great location that is blocks away from the beach, stores and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood and attentive property management. However I would clarify the pool is a plunge pool - not a swimming pool - so we were a bit surprised upon arrival but it did work well for a dip after a long day at the beach and relaxing evening in the hot tub. I would certainly book again.
