The large and open floor plan boasts a remarkable kitchen equipped with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room, which is furnished with a table that can comfortably seat eight. Guests can unwind by watching a movie and lounging on one of the sofas, or bask in the refreshing island air on the main balcony.

Enjoy a comfortable and rejuvenating stay in any of the four bedrooms, each fully equipped with fresh linens, televisions, and vibrant decor that complements the beach atmosphere. The primary bedroom is the largest, featuring an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The three guest bedrooms are equally luxurious, each furnished with a king bed and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, some even have balconies. The bunk bed loft area includes two TVs, a bathroom, and a cozy sitting area with a comfortable couch, and an outdoor deck that overlooks the pool.

The property was exactly as it appeared in the description and the photos. The location could not have been better and the managers were very responsive & helpful if we had any questions. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful house, very clean, very spacious, great location, close to beach and grocery store. The best and most used part of the house was the pool… 6 adults, 5 year old, 2 year old and one year old grandsons loved it!!! AMI Locals were amazing to work with from the very beginning of booking the house, answering any questions/concerns before getting there and during our stay! This property is beautiful! Everything was very clean upon arrival. The pool/spa and backyard are amazing! Perfect location as well and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back!

Loved our stay, house is gorgeous with tons of room for our group of 3 couples, gorgeous huge bathrooms for all the bedrooms, fun beachy decor, huge kitchen too!! Needed maintenance to come and they fixed the dishwasher in a flash, pool area is perfect, location is just a short walk to the main beach and a quick drive (we rented a golf cart) to all the fun restaurants, Cant wait to go back!!

The house was very clean and spacious. We wanted for nothing. Plenty of dishes, pans, linens, towels etc. The pool and hot tub were so much fun. It was cooler on a few of the days so we really appreciated the hot tub. Highly recommend this property

Family Vacation
Our family of nine adults enjoyed this comfortable home. With only a short walk to the beach and the backyard pool we were able to enjoy the refreshing water features. The home was equipped with all we needed for a fun family vacation. The outdoor grille was cleaned and supplied with propane for use - we had a great lunch cookout by the pool. Would have liked to have more furniture on the decks to accommodate more than just two people, but overall a very nice home that met our needs.

Amazing home!
The house is beautiiful and the pool awesome! We didn’t want to leave! We brought our jet ski and was able to push it into the garage so that was nice to give us more space in the driveway. It dcould use more silverware and some more plasticware and cups for kids so we bought disposable. Just a note the pool is dark at night. There are no lights in the actual pool, just one on the slide area and a tiny one in the hot tub. The house is perfect for big families! We had a wonderful time and hope to come back again!!

House was beautiful inside and out-even better than the pictures! Pool and outside area was great and the kids absolutely loved the water slide feature. Decor was beachy and beautiful in every room. We were more than comfortable there with 3 families. Kids (ages 5-11) had their own space upstairs and having 3 full bathrooms up there was awesome. Walk to the beach was 2 mins. House is so close to plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores. Food store was less than a mile. We used Instacart for the Publix which was a big time saver. House has plenty of cookware and other kitchen accessories. Overall a wonderful stay and we would definitely plan to return for many more years to come!!

Fantastic Property
Everything went really well. We had a hard time convincing the property manager that the HVAC wasn't working properly. A gentleman came by to inspect the fire extinguishers and he noticed how hot the house was on Wednesday. He was sympathetic and fixed the problem. We had a small issue with the dryer but nothing we couldn't work around.

Summer Vacation
We had our last summer vacation with our daughter who’s headed off to college and it was magical! Everything about the house was fabulous! The slide was faster than it looks and we had so much fun making the rule that it was the only way we could enter the pool. We had friends who live in Bradenton come play for the day and everyone was blown away by the house and the location! We will be back and we will rent the golf cart for the week next time. Just made getting around even more fun! The walk to the beach really is 2-4 min and that’s an island stroll. The pool has just the right amount of shade for afternoon swim when you are crispy after the beach all morning. And the restaurants nearby were great! The Feast and Skinny’s were the best and both were walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great House
This was a great house for our party of 9. It was clean and well stocked with both towels and kitchen items. The appliances definitely need some service (dishwasher is missing parts and washing machine was moldy inside). Beds were comfy. FYI this house has a lot of stairs! The kitchen and main living areas are up a flight of stairs and the laundry is on the third floor. One downfall is that there is no bathroom on the entry level so if you’re in the pool you have to go all the way up the tile stairs. We had a few things we reached out to management for and they were quick to reply. The only unresolved issue we had was with the water slide. We were unable to use it during our stay unless we ran the hose down it. The pool was a great temp for November weather. There are plenty of sand toys and a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella etc for the beach. The house is a very short walk to the beach and also has a trolley stop right at the end of the street. Publix is also very close. Aside from a few minor issues it’s a great vacation house! We would definitely stay again. Clean, great location, and stocked with a lot of essentials!

We truly enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria Island. Our house on Holmes Beach exceeded our expectations. Beautiful pool, hot tub and slide. Clean, spacious accommodations for our entire family. Very short walk to the beach. Wonderful beach together with breathtaking sunsets. A truly memorable experience. Our only issue involved a place to leave our luggage for those who’s fights arrived early in the day. Otherwise, a spectacular house and stay!

Pros outweigh cons for this rental.
Pros: En suite bathrooms for every bedroom was the main attraction for us, there are lots of bathrooms. Also; lots of space, decent furniture, well-kept pool and grounds and felt very clean when we arrived. Cons: Some broken hinges on kitchen cabinets, overall banged up kitchen, the dishwasher is trash and not secured in place. The floorplan is a bit odd, no access to pool from main floor.

Great Beach Town
The property location was very nice. Centrally located on the island. It could definitely use more everyday things in the kitchen including more pots and pans. The pool pump went up on the second day which never really got fixed during our stay. The waterfall feature in the pool didn’t work after the second day nor did the pool filter. We had to buy new batteries for the remote for the pool and spa on day 3 when we realized it must be the batteries. The house was nice but looking next door in either side which were identical houses. One with a fire pit, the other one had grass, a putting green and outdoor games. Ours had all stones for the yard. Some of which end of at the bottom of the pool. All in all it was nice, but wouldn’t rent it again.

We had a 14 of us stay at the house and rented a golf cart for the week. We really never really needed to take our cars anywhere. Had grandchildren with us and all our children, so the private pool was great for us and just a block away from the beaches. Response time from property management for the few questions we had was off the charts.

The house was perfect for our group of six - each member had their own sleeping space and bathroom. Loved the location and outdoor space. Nice area to enjoy the beach and enjoy some much needed R&R.
