✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a pack ’n play/travel crib, books and toys, a high chair, dinnerware, a changing table, and babysitter recommendations, available upon request.
✹ PETS: Please let us know upon booking if you would like to bring a dog. Up to two dogs are allowed in our villa with a maximum weight of 30 lbs each.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a personalized EnsoConnect Boarding Pass. This intuitive platform simplifies your stay from start to finish, allowing you to:
- Upload your ID and selfie for verification.
- Add pet fees, handle incidentals, and more—all in one convenient place.
ID and Selfie Required:
A government-issued ID (e.g., US License or Passport) and a selfie are required for booking. These can be uploaded easily through your EnsoConnect Boarding Pass.
Guest Requirements:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Local residents of Broward or Miami-Dade County: Please contact us before booking to discuss specific requirements.
Credit Card Authorization for Incidentals (No Deposit Required):
- We use a secure credit card authorization process instead of a traditional deposit.
- This pre-authorization covers potential incidental charges or damages—just like a hotel.

Pet-Friendly Details
We welcome up to two small dogs (30 lbs or under) with prior approval.
- A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet per stay applies.

This is a smoke-free home. Smoke monitors are installed to ensure the air remains clean and fresh for all guests.
No Parties or Events:
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours:
To respect the neighborhood, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Security for Peace of Mind:
The property is monitored by alarms and 24/7 exterior security cameras covering the front yard only.
