"Outstanding amenities, the apartment is thoughtfully designed, the staff even left a welcome gift 💝! Quite needed, after a long drive! Parking instructions are very clear and even though it was the first time using the carousel parking, it all seemed pretty intuitive. Check-in was seamless, and staff extremely patient in explaining all the functionalities available at THE IRIS "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great… being able to use bikes, beach chairs, beach towels & cooler was so nice. Loved the covered porch to sit & relax with a drink after walking the town or at night to see the full moon. Would definitely recommend to friends & we’ll be back again soon!"

"This was our first time in Folly beach & we loved it! The apartment was small but had everything we needed. The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable, & the location was fabulous! Only 2 blocks to the beach & to Center Street! We loved the laid back vibe & will definitely be back! The only negative was the upstairs neighbor was up at 5 am every morning & we could hear them moving around. Other than that, we loved our stay!"

Gorgeous circa 1775 mansion’s oldest original section has been isolated into a comfy apartment perfect for our 3 generation family stay."

"Beautiful and cozy. Lots of room and and beautiful view of the golfcourse and water surrounding from the balcony. It is minutes from the beach and to local businesses for food and shopping. The property owner was easy to work with and responds quickly."

"Very close to beach access and we enjoyed the upstairs deck. Birds chirping and a nice breeze. Easy access to beach chairs and a nice outdoor shower. The kitchen was well stocked and neatly organized The only minor issue was having to bolt out of place at 9 AM. Host very communicative and sent info to help us find things. We would book Zen Deck again. "

"This property was great! Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had all the ammenaties we needed to have a very comfortable stay. While a bit on the outskirts of the action, most everything is within walking distance. The Cigar Factory is across the street and offers places to eat for both morning & evening; King St. is about 1 mile away (easy walk) and French Quarter is 1.5 miles (we drove there). The neighborhood is "up & coming" so I think it will only get better with time. The...

"We enjoyed everything about this property. It was so comfortable and in the middle of town, accessible to shopping, restaurants and bus stops. The only improvement would be a hand rail on the entrance steps and the 4 steps up to the 1st floor where we stayed. Otherwise, this is a perfect place to stay while visiting Charleston."

"This is a great location just out the downtown area minutes area from everything. The neighborhood had quaint restaurants tucked away which were close and easy to get to and the main streets were so accessible and minutes away. The hosts was so accommodating and helpful. This place was darling and had everything we needed and more and was clean as a whistle. We would certainly recommend it and would stay here again when we get the chance to go back!"
