"Great location, house was as expected. Large yard, firepit, great out door furniture to relax in. Pier was used extensively for fishing, crabbing, and dockage. A pleasure to use. The downstairs theater and ping pong table were a huge hit with all of kids (young and old). The kitchen has everything you need and the bedrooms are comfortable as well as beautiful.
