Welcome to the Key West 1!

This studio has a full-size bathroom, queen bed, smart TV, microwave & mini fridge. Perfect location for a couple's getaway - PLUS DOG FRIENDLY! A short walk to "downtown" Surf City, and steps away to the beach!
You will have private access to your studio and your private porch! The grill area is shared with the other guests staying at Key West. Please be kind and leave each shared space clean and tidy! An outdoor shower area is in the middle and a hose off on the right side of the building. Public beach access is only a short walk from the property, along with MANY restaurants, shops, and entertainment!

We'll be back!
Great location. Easily walk or bike to pretty much anything in Surf City. Nice and clean, and the porch was worth booking the smaller room. I know others complained about noise but we didn't have any problem. On the first day we wished for a hose in the outdoor shower and on day 2 it magically appeared. Our pup especially appreciated this addition.

Great stay overall!
We really enjoyed having the screened in porch allowing us to hang outside after the sun went down. We stayed in #6 last year and loved it so thought the screened porch would be an added bonus to what we experienced last year but we were disappointed in the size of the actual room. There is literally no where to put our suitcases, clothes, snacks etc. We hit our knees multiple times on the corner at the foot of the bc the space is so tight between the bed and wall. The swing on the porch is great but does need more cushioning. Location is great!! Very convenient to beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants.

cute place but needs some work.
I reallylike the place but I have a couple of things that need to be looked into. Under the bed was really dirty. The foi!et seat was way too loose. The password for the tv did not work. Two people for about an hour tried and nothing worked. Last the hot water was really bad. I ran the shower for a half hour and the water was not hot only warm. The sink took a long time to get warm. You should have a hot water heater for this end of the building. It was terrable not to have hot water on a continue basis.
