That is the overall feel of this quaint, yet spacious, 1 bedroom and 1 & ½ bath condo. Located in the Surf Condo complex in Surf City, it is only a mile away from many restaurants and beach shops. This place is a perfect “home base” for your vacation at the beach. Sitting on your private balcony you can see the ocean, smell the salt air, and hear the waves rolling in. You will also be able to see the large pool in the center of the complex’s courtyard. Spend your days out on the beach enjoying the sun and the sand and once you have had your fill you can cool down in the beautiful pool or laze around on one of the chaise lounges.
Decorated in soft creams, whites, and beiges; you’ll feel relaxed and calm while staying here. The living room has full sized futon that folds up into a couch, there is a soft comfy chair to sit back put your feet up on the footstool and catch up on a favorite TV show, read a good beach read or just watch the sea birds sail by. There is a full kitchen with everything you’ll need to grab an easy meal before catching a few rays. The dining room table sits 4 and there are 3 additional stools for the kitchen bar. The hallway has a built-in set of bunk beds (2 twin mattresses). The bunkbeds are great for extra bedding or a perfect spot to stow away your luggage. The full bath is in the hallway with a connecting door to the bedroom. There is a small water closet directly off the bedroom. This cute condo sleeps 6.
The patio features a resin high top table and 4 stools along with 2 high rise resin chairs to add to your relaxation. Another bonus is 2 private covered parking spaces located directly below the unit.
This condo is oh-so easy and relaxing. Watching the gauzy curtains blow in the salt air will remind you of carefree vacations gone by that can now be enjoyed again year after year.
The Surf Condo 616 is a 1 bedroom, 2-bathroom unit that sleeps 5.

Rates Include: Rent, and Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO Smoking. Pets are not allowed in our complex.
**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.
Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.
Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!
A Valid Government Photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreeent is required for every reservation.

Streaming services Available with guests' own account: Smart TV's require guests login to access their subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details.
Arrival and Departure:
Summer check in time is between 4:00PM and 6:00PM
Off Season Check-ins: Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 3:00 PM
Check Out: Is 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
Paper goods and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.
The Area: Topsail is a 28 mile long, barrier island made up of marshes, barrier flats, dunes, and beach. Topsail Beach is home to Jolly Rodgers Pier - once an Observation tower for NASA – now a great fishing spot and the best place to watch sunrises and sea life. The Missiles and More Museum is also another great attraction to visit. North Topsail Beach is 8 miles (13 minutes) from Surf City, it is also 6.4 miles (9 minutes) to Sneads Ferry. North Topsail is home to the Seaview Pier. At the Pier, you can go fishing, watch the ocean from the pier, get some ice cream, order from the restaurant.
