Great trip!
We had such a great time! The house was perfect for what we needed. Great amount of space and we loved the big decks. Very short and easy walk to the beach as well! We loved our stay and had an amazing trip!

I enjoyed walking around this quiet neighborhood and my beach walks as well. The home was wonderful and having a garage made my life a lot easier.

Spacious home, great location!
We loved this house and would return. Several decks with views of ocean and inlet for all to spread out and have own space. Elevator to get everything upstairs was fantastic. Be aware of pretty steep stairs from garage to living area for elderly guests but with the elevator you just have to get yourself up the stairs! Kitchen was stocked well to support lots of cooking at home. Very convenient location to pop over the bridge to Publix. Book this place to enjoy beautiful Topsail Island.

Location is Great, Cleanliness not so much
The location of the house was great, easy access to the beach. however the overall cleanliness of the house wasn't good. The towels had pet hair in them, the kitchen utensils looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while, there was dirt in the utensil holder, the knife block has sticky stuff on the outside, and more. Getting past that however, everything worked fine and the house was comfortable.

Great house near the beach
We loved staying at this spacious home, just minutes from the beach! It's in a cul-de-sac within a neighborhood, but there are walkways that can get you to the beach quickly. The house was private, with trees to one side and two balconies, and there's room for at least 6 guests. We'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for value near the beach!

Grabbed this house as a place to spend time with our kids while at our nieces graduation in Wilmington. The house was exactly what we needed to relax & be close enough. House had everything we could possibly need. Went to the surf city park for Friday night food truck /concert. Check in was easy and the trail to the beach walkover right beside the house made it so easy.
