Spacious and recently rebuilt with a rustic beach decor! This 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is designed for quality time together while providing quiet havens to retreat to. Easy beach access across a quiet street. Beautiful ocean views from the great room’s game table, tv area and covered deck. A well equipped kitchen with a dining room that comfortably seats 12, cozy living room and screened-in porch. Ideally located at the quiet end of the island yet just a 15 min walk to the town’s amenities.

With 5 bedrooms this house can comfortably accommodate up to 12 quests.

Easy beach access across a quiet street (the main road is behind the house).

Main floor - living room, dining room, spacious kitchen, a queen bedroom, the bunk room (TV with Roku), a full bathroom, and a screened-in porch with ceiling fans to beat the heat.

Second floor - great room with TV area (DVD and Roku) and an expandable game table (games and puzzles included); the covered deck with ceiling fans has bar stools and sling chairs; a queen bedroom with private access to the shared full bathroom, a twin bedroom, a second queen bedroom, and one half bathroom.

Enclosed private outdoor shower, with hot and cold water.

A 15 minute walk to the town’s amenities including restaurants, shops, mini-golf, coffee shop, ’50s style roller skating rink, ice cream shop, arcade, deli, and the fishing pier.

This house has no large area carpets, so it's perfect for those with allergies.

Bed linens, kitchen linens, bathroom and shower towels are included. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a double oven, coffee maker with permanent gold filter, large toaster, Ninja blender/food processor, hand held food processor, slow cooker, panini press and hand mixer along with plenty of utensils, dishes, pots, pans, baking sheets and glassware. Assortment of spices and condiments available. The propane gas grill is located in the wind sheltered area below the house and grilling tools in the drawer under kitchen oven.

Great House!
This house was perfect for our family vacation of 8 adults and 6 kids between the ages of 1 and 10. House was very clean and had nice amenities and location is great for a nice quiet week on Topsail Island. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a fun week of relaxation.

The BEST!
This is by far one of the cleanest, nicest and best beach houses we have ever stayed at. It’s so close to the public access, it’s like having an oceanfront house. The views are spectacular from the top deck and the house is perfect for our family needs.

Best Place Ever!
We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. The house is perfect for large families because it has a large, well equipped kitchen, seating for 12 at the dining table, and two living spaces. It is a very short walk to the beach access, lovely and private outdoor shower under the deck, and two porches that face the beach.

2nd Year at this Wonderful Beach House
This is our second year renting the Seahorse Corral and we love it! The house is perfect for a large group with two levels for different activities and the ocean views are fantastic. The area is right where our family likes to be at Topsail Beach as we have other family members with homes on the south end of the Island and it makes it easy to get together. Thanks for being such fantastic hosts and we look forward to staying again next year!

Family Vacation
This house perfectly met our needs and we would highly recommend it! With a load of kids, we appreciated the smart TV's, books and games, well stocked kitchenware, and the minute walk to the beach. (We also loved being at the south end of the island, as it's much quieter and less crowded.) We so enjoyed the double decks, the outside shower, and the family-oriented, peaceful feel of the property.

We didn't want to leave!
This was our first time together as a whole family in years. It was so much fun, so relaxing, and we absolutely loved being steps away from the beach. We spent most of our time hunting shark teeth and enjoying the waves, but we also enjoyed getting together at the end of the night to play games in this wonderful home. I highly recommend!

If you like mellow and comfortable, this is your place.
This is one of my favorite houses in 50 years of beach stays.. Comfortable, well-appointed house in layout and furnishings. You’ll love the upper deck, especially in the evening. At quiet end of island. A 5-10 minute drive for some conveniences which leaves this house a peaceful retreat. Close to beach and ICW. Just don’t come on my week.

Our stay consisted of 9 ladies this year from our women's fellowship. These ladies do a yearly getaway ministry looking forward to the reconnect, refocus and refresh. This group is important all year it seems we focus on others. Each yearly getaway for us to do a inventory and to do a melt down.

Great house to comfortable enjoy Topsail Beach
We stayed here with 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 infant. The check in process was smooth with clear communication. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was beautiful and had all the equipment needed to cook for yourself for the week. Bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds and clean sheets. Two very comfortable seating areas allowed us to spread out. My favorite spots were the outdoor shower and the hammock chairs on top floor balcony. Easy access to the beach and town of Topsail. Would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely Perfect!
We stayed at this amazing beach home for a family gathering. The location could not be more perfect! Very easy to get to and almost directly across the street from the beach access. We could tell when we walked into the house that the owners truly take a lot of pride in ownership of this home. It was very clean and just like the description and photos of the house. The kitchen is the best one we have ever had in the many homes we have rented on VRBO. All needed cookware, utensils, and appliances were there and clean. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and all linens were clean and neatly organized on shelves in the laundry room. The sheets were even folded and packaged in sets wrapped with elastic bands that were labeled by what size bed they were for. The owners are very quick to reply if you have any questions during your stay. This was one of the best weekend getaways we have ever had and we will definitely be back.

Short Walk To Beach
We had a great stay! The house was beautiful with great views from the upper deck. The public beach access was a very short walk, and it was not far from a few shops and restaurants, as well as a playground. I loved the artwork on the walls. The only thing that would make me rethink staying again when my kids are still small is that there are a lot of fragile sea shells that are on display and difficult to keep my kids from wanting to touch. Also, one thing that wasn't completely ideal for our group is that the TV and family room is on the top floor - not the same floor as the kitchen.

Awesome place
We were there for a funeral so the place was perfect for two families to share. Each level has its own living space so we weren’t crowded into one area when we wanted some personal space. Great seating for meals on the kitchen level. Great living for games puzzles etc. the only negative was there was a TV on each floor but the first floor TV is in the bunk bedroom. It would have been nice if it could be moved to the living space which may e it can we just didn’t try. Easy access to the beach and every time i reached out to the owners they replied immediately. The place was very modern and clean and plenty of dishes etc. great stay and we will definitely use the place again.

Perfect Recharge
This property was as advertised. We love the quiet end of the island, as we have vacationed on Topsail for many years. The location of this house was perfect, beach access right across the street, spacious kitchen, and plenty of room for all of us. We were two families, 5 adults, a teenager, and a 9 year old. The property was clean and easy to find. Roxane and Scott were great hosts and answered our questions promptly. Being on this end of the island you are farther from restaurants, grocery shopping, etc, but you are also farther from the crowds on the beach, which we preferred. We would absolutely rent this place again. We already looked for the summer but unfortunately, no dates available that match for us. :-( We will definitely keep Sea Horse Corral on our list for vacation rental at Topsail. Thank you so much!

Perfect in every way
This is the third time we’ve stayed here, and every time was perfect in every way. There were three families - 3 first cousins with their spouses and children - a total of 12 people. With 5 bedrooms, 1 with bunk beds for kids, everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. With 2 living spaces, one on each floor, multiple activities took place simultaneously. The kitchen is large and exceptionally well equipped. With a table that seats 8 and 4 seats at the counter, everyone could sit together for meals. It is located only 2 houses away from a handicapped accessible access to the beach. Being at the quiet end of the beach, we had very few people sharing the beach with us. It is a very wide beach, especially at low tide. The owners have always been excellent to work with, responding quickly to questions and making sure everything is in working order. We will definitely be renting from them again,

Awesome beach getaway
This beach house was perfect for our family reunion of 10 people. We had more than enough space for 6 adults and 4 kids. The kitchen was well stocked (only missed a tea kettle and a few more dish towels) and the dining table fit us all. I loved the upstairs deck with the swing chairs and the proximity to the beach. We could send the kids back and forth from the beach to the house without having to escort them. I was apprehensive about the number of showers, but it was never a problem. Location was amazing, so close to the beach and an easy walk to town where there's shopping, restaurants and ice cream, live music, throwback roller skating and an awesome seafood to shack. You have to pay to park in Surf City so we didn't go much. Also be warned that restaurants have long waits in summer. Kayaking and the turtle center were highlights. Totally would recommend this house and Topsail Beach to anyone looking for a family vacation.

Absolutely Perfect in every way
We have rented at the beach many times and this was absolutely the best place ever. We will definitely be renting here again. With a large group like ours (3 generations and 5 kids under the age of 4) it was ideal to have two gathering places, one with a TV, games, puzzles, etc. and one just for visiting. They were very spacious and open with wonderful recliners and comfortable sofas. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, flatware, etc. for our large group as well as cooking utensils, pots, pans, casseroles, mixing bowls, etc. It even had a nice collection of spices available. It was great having two decks with the bottom one being screened in and the top one having a beautiful view of the ocean. There were two hoses for rinsing off - one on the beach side and one on the street side - as well as an enclosed outside shower equipped with lots of hooks for suits and towels and large enough for families dealing with small children. As a result, we didn’t have to deal with sand in the house at all. All five bedrooms were of sufficient size; large enough to add the Pack-n-Plays we brought for babies and toddlers. A nice touch was their providing a small portable fan in each room (in addition to the ceiling fans) and a box of tissue. It was great having a large capacity washer and dryer so handy. The beach access was very close and convenient. There was plenty of room for parking our six cars in the driveway and lots of room under the house for storing our beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, toys, etc. The price you pay for being at the quiet end of the island, is that the closest grocery store is several miles away. However, the advantages far outweigh that inconvenience. We practically had the beach to ourselves and there was very little traffic.

Best Family Vacation!
We have vacationed at south Topsail so many times, but this was the best! The home is well appointed with several gathering places, inside and out. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had lots of good quality cookware. Thanks for sharing your lovely beach home with us! We will be back!
