4 Bedroom/3 Full Baths in the middle of quintessential Topsail Beach. We also allow Sunday to Sunday rental if available. Enjoy your Saturdays at the beach and not waiting in traffic. Walk to restaurants, pier, putt-putt and gift shops (.5 miles from it all!). The highlight of this home is the expansive deck where you will spend most of your time. When you aren't enjoying the deck or the beach, play a game of ping pong or a round of cards or walk to town. The back deck has gates to keep pets and kids in. This home is perfect for families or couples looking to get away in a laid back setting. The house is directly on the beach, but not on the main road so you do not have cars passing by at 35mph. The area is great for walking or biking and the recently re-nourished beach is breathtaking.

Great deck!
Nice area and cute beach house. It could use some updating and it was a bit short on hand towels, but overall we had most everything we needed. Large back deck was great! Would love to come again.

Great location
Very comfortable house right on the beach. Owner made entry very easy with clear instructions for everything. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable home. Beach was very pretty, clean. Not at all crowded, we mostly had the beach behind the house to ourselves. Prompt responses to any questions we had. No complaints. Would definitely recommend.

This was such a wonderful spot for us… The view and enormous porch was amazing! The beach is right there… Easy to see my teens on the beach while I read on the porch!! House was exactly as described… Very clean… Owners are awesome!

Perfect beach getaway
Loved this house! Clean, comfortable, fully stocked, and plenty of space. The location couldn’t be better, right on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants in Topsail. We’ll definitely book again!
