Private heated salt water pool is seasonal and it is open March 20th through October 31st. Pool heat is OPTIONAL with a $50/day non-refundable fee. A 3-day notice for pool heat required prior to arrival. No refunds given once the pool has been heated.

NO PETS ALLOWED IN POOL AREA. Evidence will forfeit the security deposit.

A separate security deposit for $500 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.
