Payments: At the time of your booking, you will be charged 1/2 of the cost of your stay (including all fees and tax). The remaining 2nd 1/2 will be scheduled to be automatically charged to the same payment method 24hrs before your check-in. Please note, if you book your reservation for a same day check-in your payment will still show as two separate payments, both charged on your day of booking/check-in. Security Deposits: In addition, on the day of your arrival, you will see a $250 security deposit authorization hold placed on the card. This is not a charge, it is an "authorization hold" that will be automatically released one day after you check-out.
