"This place is wonderful! The man checking me in was friendly and helpful. My room (all rooms?) has an ocean side balcony with chairs, which love. Topsail Island is not full of restaurants (there are a few), so a stop at the grocery store is a good idea. The room does have a microwave, fridge with freezer, and a coffee maker. There's plenty of room, at least for 1 or 2. The area is quiet and I feel very safe. The beach is gorgeous: lots of shallow water to wade in, clean, uncrowded (though, it is the middle of March). Anyone wanting a quiet beach getaway, this is a dream. "

"Great location tucked away off the road, surrounded by trees and plantings yet steps to beach access either left or right down the sidewalk. Jeff was a great host providing everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would def stay again (hopefully next time for more nights)! "
