Amazing Family Vacation Home
Property is at a fantastic location. Near Branson and next to the state park. Kitchen has everything you need to cook for a family and lots of seating areas for all ages. Perfect house for large family vacation.

Great Getaway
Our group of 4 families enjoyed our stay here. The outdoor areas were cozy & perfect. There was plenty of dining space for our group of 18, plenty of bedrooms, & the kids loved everything about the basement. This is a great place to stay!

Lots of seating and amenities within the property, location is great. Check in process is really easy. Was hit with some extra charges a few weeks before the trip, but overall had a great trip!

Home was big enough to accomodate all 17 of us with room to spare. close enough to lake and other activities. The owner answered questions we had and rental was beautifully decorated. Would recommend to anyone . Enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!!
Our stay was great! It was perfectly decorated to get us in the Christmas spirit. The house layout was ideal for our size group of 12, with small children. Lots of areas for entertainment during the day and night. We utilized the community pool and playground. The hot tub was a major hit with our group! The driving distance to everything was about 15 minutes, so perfect location. We will definitely book again for future Branson trips!

The Christmas house was everything we had hoped it would be. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen, family room and dining room were perfect! Sheila communicated quickly to answer questions. We would like to make this an annual tradition.

Great property, Great amenities, Great location!
The house was beautifully decorated, complete with everything we needed! We had ages 1-70. Plenty of space for everyone, and we noted several times how quiet it was. Noise didn’t travel within the house, even with tired toddlers who weren’t always happy, and the early risers didn’t disturb the later sleepers. The outdoor space was wonderful! We found a path that led all the way down to the lake where the kids had fun skipping rocks. It was a wonderful property and we hope to go back soon!

Perfect Place for a Family Reunion
We were so happy with our accommodations here for our family reunion of 20 with ages ranging from 1-73. The kids loved the video games and pool table. The screened-in porch with tv was a highlight and where we spent most of our time. It was obvious that the owners wanted us to enjoy our stay and I can't think of anything they left out. The pool and pickle ball courts were great to have available to us. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home.

Family Time
Our stay at Taney Country was beautiful and we had a great time! We had a couple issues with the beds. The basement floor queen mattress is broken down and sinks to the middle making it difficult for a couple to share the bed. The first-floor mattress you could feel the springs. The bunkbeds are shaky and unstable, particularly the upstairs single over double bed. We felt it wasn’t the safest for kids to be on. The kitchen and living room areas were great and the games in the basement were a lot of fun! Our family walked away with a lot of good memories, but a bit sleep deprived.

New and excellent furnishings and game
Overall a great property and Sheila very accommodating and ease in communication. Cons were minor, problem with front door lock which can be attributed to newly built, and garbage disposal quit working. Having installed many of these, I was unable to troubleshoot problem. Recommend upgrading disposal, especially housing up to 21 occupants. Check out gave. little time to spend with family given rules for leaving house, especially when paying for service. Otherwise I recommend this property. Just be cognizant of furnishings and treat as your own!

Pretty house but lots of problems
The house was beautiful but there were packages for the owner left in the kitchen. There was soap all over the sink and a faucet left on when we got there. The coffee makers were nasty and under them was even worse. We found trash and things left from previous groups. We sent her a message and never heard back from her. They sent a huge list of rules the day before we got there. Strip all the beds, start laundry and throw it in the dryer, and more. Why charge a cleaning fee if you make your guests do all the cleaning??? I understand throwing trash away and doing the dishes but doing your laundry and stripping all the beds is a little much. If your looking for a place to relax and have fun while on vacation I would not recommend doing it here.

Very nice
Overall, very nice facility. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a dock to the lake and sidewalks to the pools. It was a little dangerous walking with small kids to the pools.

Excellent Family Home
This house was amazing for our family of 18 total. We had kids ranging from ages 1-10 and there was something for everyone! The house was a great set up and had excellent taste in decor. The property manager was great with communication and very helpful! Having an indoor and outdoor pool for everyone to use allowed us to meet the needs of whatever our kids wanted to do each day. Very short drive into Branson for fun activities! Would highly recommend this property to anyone! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

Perfect Holiday Weekend Stay
Our family had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful home away from home. The bedrooms and amenities were perfect for our needs and the Christmas decor really put everyone in the holiday mood. Sheila was super communicative and pleasant to work with as well. Location is far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of Branson traffic but close enough to be at pretty much any Branson hot spot in 15-20 minutes. Would definitely book here again!

Excellent and above expectations!
We had a great experience. Everything was very clean and well decorated. We felt at home but with all the extras! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more — having two ovens was very helpful. The size of this place was awesome and allowed everyone to have their private areas. All the beds were very nice and bedrooms were nice size and spread out. Outside looked awesome too but due to our short stay we did not get to take advantage. Did I mention there were washer and dryers on different floors - that was really nice. We got to peek at the indoor pool but again did not have time to swim. Next year! Overall everything was top notch and above expectations! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful gem!!!

Ample space for a trip with friends
We had a party of 9 with two families for our stay plus some daytime drop in guest which brought us to 16 total. Plenty of room for sleeping and sitting around the living room talking. The property was nicely appointed (all units in this neighborhood were designed and furnished similarly by the developer) and the owner had taken extra time to decorate for Christmas. Check in was easy, handled via email with the property owner, but receiving a lease contract a couple of days before the rental and requesting a copy of my DL threw me a curve ball. Nothing extraordinary about the contract, just never had that request on any other VRBO property. Had there been an issue, the short notice might have hampered finding another unit last minute. We were provided a code to enter the property. The home was well organized with a few items of food left behind in the cabinets and fridge. Mostly usable things such as unopened rice, condiments, etc., but we also tossed out some soured coffee creamer and found an unemptied trash. One of the upstairs bedrooms had quite a bit of long hair in the sheets, enough to have us strip the beds and wash the sheets. The owner was very responsive to my texts about these issues, apologized and offered to have housekeeping come and address the issues but we declined as they were minor and easily resolved. This home was in the back of the complex which was great. The neighborhood remained mostly empty for the weekdays but quickly filled in as the weekend approached. Ample parking was available and noise wasn't an issue. The kids tried the indoor pool out one night but said it was freezing. We noticed a few other units had private hot tubs on the back porch, but there was not one available to the public. Overall, this was a great stay with minimal issue. There was plenty of room even for additional overnight guests should we have needed, and dual washing machines and stocked utensils made a longer stay very easy. We would rent this unit again for our Branson trip for sure.
