Lake View Lodge is one of the most beautiful and large homes you will encounter in the Branson area. Silver Dollar City, Top of the Rock, The Landing, Shopping , and Table Rock Lake are just a few places to visit when you stay at Lake View Lodge. This is an upscale, rustic, lodge style home with a stunning panoramic lake view, of Table Rock Lake. You will enjoy beautiful mornings and breathtaking evening sunsets from our screened in porch. There are also many natural attractions outside surrounding this home. We want everyone to enjoy their time and each other at Lake View Lodge.

There is a total of two living areas, one upper and one lower, therefore your family will have plenty of room to enjoy your vacation and time away. We have all the amenities you would come to expect from a high quality home, including beautiful furniture, quality linens, towels, dishes and the newest appliances in our fully equipped kitchen For your added enjoyment, there is a wet bar on the lower level.

PERFECT GETAWAY!
We rented this lodge with 2 other couples from our church for a weekend getaway with children and adults; it was over the top! The lodge was perfectly clean; adequately stocked and just all around amazing! Plenty of room for everyone and the best sleeping arrangements I have ever seen! Kevin was amazing to work with; accomodated all our requests and answered our questions so quick! Will definitely be back!!

The house was very comfortable in terms of its layout And location Kitchen was furnished nicely accommodated large family well however, carpets and floors very dirty feet were black Dryer was not working properly would not cut off air conditioning was bit of problem upstairs quite warm Sinks in baths did not drain well T Vs did not work but repairman did come to help us not enough towels for guests

Beautiful, clean home with plenty of space
My friends and I take an annual girls trip each year. We decided to rent a house this year in order to coordinate meals and spend more time together. When we arrived at the home, we were amazed at how many people it would hold. The home was very clean and had plenty of space to accommodate 16 adults. It is very close to the marina and also close to the grocery store, and restaurants in downtown Hollister. We REALLY enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking this home again next Summer. The hot tub was a big hit as well as the large patio. Overall a superb experience! Highly recommended :-).

the hot tub was located outside the house and not in the enclosed porch as pictured, we had all the cookware needed; plenty of hot water, there was one room that had no working lights, the washing machine was dirty, had to wash towels 3 times, there was dirt left inside the barrel; pool table a hit, the furniture was a very well broken in, our property manager was gracious enough to supply a shower chair for us, was very thankful, had ice in the freezer, that was great, rooms were clean, but I do not understand why we have to load laundry when we pay a cleaning fee,all in all we had a good and safe time, the kids used the swimming pool, too cold for the rest of us.

Anniversary Celebration
Overall the size and number of rooms worked for what we needed. The pictures online were a bit deceiving. We were a little disappointed to see a few holes in the wall, broken screen on the door and patio being very dirty where no one wanted to sit outside in the chairs. The lock on the upstairs patio door doesn’t lock. It was very hard to find bowls and other kitchen items in the cabinets due to them being very disorganized. The owner was great to work with though. She was very attentive when we couldn’t find the remote. She answered all the questions I had prior to staying.

2nd family reunion
The house was nice. The patio could use some work. One of the two tables was broken and couldn’t be used. Hot tub leaks into a storage room below it. Remotes to all the tvs were either missing the back, needed batteries or were missing from the room. Light bulbs in a couple of rooms needed replaced and the ice maker didn’t work. We had to keep buying ice. I think for the money we spent these basic things need fixed.

There were some great things about our stay. Robin was prompt in her responses even though she was herself heading out on vacation. We appreciated her going above and beyond to help us store our pontoon while we were there and Kevin allowing us a few extra hours to get the boat gone when we had car trouble and had to fetch a different vehicle to tow it the boat home. The listing is a tad misleading, one bedroom was described as having a double, a set of bunks, and a single. The actual room had a double and a set of bunks. We were offered a roll away immediately, but in all honesty, there was no room in that bedroom or any other to place the roll away. The thing that concerned me the most was the inconsistent cleaning. The bathrooms were spotless. The kitchen was a mess. Throughout our week, we found stashes of fruit loops in some unique places. The washing machine had been identified as having an issue in reviews we read before arriving so upon arrival we ran it with a cleaning tab. Clothes continued to come out dirtier than when we loaded them and so my grown sons took the agitator apart, cleaned it of its solid black masses of goo and put it back together again. It worked perfectly after that. The living room and family room furniture is well loved. The private back grilling and hot tub area was amazing. The location was perfect for our large family.

Great Unit - but....
We enjoyed the layout, large open spaces, and tremendous outside gathering area on the back patio. It is also very accessible to the pool via a level pathway. We used the grill often, but found it challenging to use due to uneven heating. This especially was a difficut when prepping for our large group meals. Our larger concern was the lack of deep cleaning throughout the unit. Dust on top of everything - particularly appliances - showed a lack of regular routine dusting. While the unit as a whole wasn't dirty, it is apparent that the corners do not receive regular attention. We found the kitchen to be very well-stocked, which was important with the high-volume cooking we did. Loved the spices and other staples that were provided!! Having two fridges is extremely valuable for a large group, and they kept things cold efficiently. Onsite laundry was perfect and got a workout. It was interesting that the owner's closet was wide open when we arrived, although it proved helpful as we needed the key to access the garage which was locked up tight. This access was important given the quantity of vehicles that we had onsite. Keypad access to the garage door would be a huge asset -- using the garage door and locking the unit whenver we entered/exited was extremely incovenient. Creating a similar code on the garage door to the front door seems it would be convenient and helpful to renters. A few minor notes: - one dining room chair has one side very loose - living area ceiling fan needs to be reversed to best circulate cool air - the hot tub ran the entire time we were there -- would think that is extremely inefficient on energy - cover also in very bad shape - there are some worn areas in bedroom carpet that may need some TLC - bath towels were small and washcloths very thin Would we stay again?? Yup! But these areas would enhance the quality of the unit and the stay for your guests.

We had a great stay.
We enjoyed our stay. There are a few matters as far as upkeep of the house that need some attention. However, I wouldn’t say they affected our enjoyment of the property. Pool table and hot tub were a big hit for our group. In all we had a wonderful stay!

Our annual gathering. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. Plenty of beds, room to play games or just relax and catch up. Check in & out were extremely easy. The location is great, you feel like you're far away from everything yest only a short drive away.
