Great Property for Large Family
House is perfect for large family with kids. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Great location with quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Best of times at the Black Bear Lodge!!!
The lodge was perfect! We had everything we could possible need. It was very clean and comfortable and close to Branson and all the fun! Wonderful Christmas vacation with family and friends. The Christmas tree was a nice added touch. We definitely will be back.

Fun family time
Gorgeous house with plenty of space for our group of college kids and grandmas. Two main floor bedrooms were perfect for the grandmas! And the hot tub and pool table were a hit among the younger members of the family.

Perfect for Christmas!
Our children and grandchildren met us in Branson for Christmas. Black Bear Lodge was perfect! We had plenty of room to spread out but also enjoyed the gathering areas for family games and fellowship. The hot tub and the pool table were hits. I recommend the lodge for anyone looking for spot to get together with family and friends.

Everything about this house was perfect and exactly what we were looking for! Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms which was so nice for our big group. The two living rooms, pool table, arcade game, and hot tub were great additions for us to all hangout together.

Great place from Family
Really enjoyed our stay in Branson. This home was close to table rock lake and boat launches. Food and grocery stores within 10 to 15 minute drive. Home was perfect for multi families. Great for kids. Host was awesome. Would highly recommend bringing this home.

Very clean and well stocked
The home was very clean and well stocked. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us. We were close to attractions, but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy some quiet time at the end of the day. The community pool was also a nice place to take the kids to burn off some energy. At one point, we had a question about the hot tub, and when I reached out I heard back almost immediately. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Black Bear Lodge. The communication with Robyn was excellent, and any issues that we had were dealt with immediately. Special shout out to Dave, her maintenance guy. Our family meets there every year and we have already rebooked for next year. Thanks again for a perfect place to spend with family!

This house was perfect for our group of family meeting to celebrate a late Christmas. Host was very accommodating and communicative. House was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Game area in basement was nice for the kids. Would highly recommend and will be booking again in the future!

We had a great stay at this house for my birthday weekend! The house was as listed however, some of the finishings were a little more dated than I expected. I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. It had everything that we needed! I would rent out this house again.

My wife and I have 5 kids and their people. We planned a weekend get away for them without their kids. It was super fun. Super relaxing and just super amazing. Everyone had a great time and we will definitely stay at this beautiful home again. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious place to spend some quality time!

Awesome Family Time
The host was very responsive to questions. The accommodations were awesome with a bathroom for each bedroom. The oversized bunkbeds with a trundle bed were awesome for teen boys. The game room provided lots of friendly competition and the large kitchen was a great gathering place. The hot tub was spacious and clean. It saw lots of use! The house was a vacation in itself and the creek out back was explorers heaven for boys. All 13 people gave it an A+ rating. Neighborhood was quiet and the spacious. With so much to in the area, it was a perfect vacation spot for multi families staying together.

8 friends stayed the weekend. Plenty of room. Hot tub was great! Didn't appear to have been recently cleaned. Dusty and some footprints on the floor. Minor things. Had a great time and everything went smoothly.

Son got married at Top of the Rock, perfect location since it was about 10 minutes away. Kids enjoyed the arcade games. We needed a iron so I contacted the host and maintenance brought one over for us. Easy check in and check out. Host was always quick to reply. So much better then staying in a hotel. Was my first experience of staying in a vrbo,would definitely do it again.

The property was beautiful and met our needs for the stay! The home had some wear and tear but the property manager was very responsive in replacing broken items. Could be cleaner. Within the first hour of crawling around, my nieces hands and tops of feet were black. Several burned out light bulbs throughout home. Overall very pleased!

AMAZING
This is our 2nd year of renting this house. All I can say is you will not be disappointed! This is a weekend get away qe do for our 5 kids and their persons without their kids. Its just a fun time for them to relax and have adult time with each other. This place is great and the host is the best. We have stayed in many home rentals over the years and while they all were great experiences this o e is the best. She will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Easy to contact. Easy to work with. Just an overall great person! We are gonna add this to our summer get aways also!

I would highly recommend this house for a vacation. The manager was quick to respond to communication. The house was stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of pots and pans to prepare meals. The beds were super comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets in the closet. The pool table and video games were handy for the rainy day we had. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. Branson Canyon is a beautiful location and this house backs to trees and feels secluded. It is close to the lake and there are great restaurants nearby. You won't be disappointed.

Branson Canyon Rental Deep Forest
Great Place, missing some items and damage we found upon arrival. Door and Wall rash and damage. Bathroom shower sliding door on ground floor was off the track, we move the door to secure it from damage. Bathroom toilets seats need to be secured, Seats upstairs and on ground floor need help. Missing lower chair rail on one of the dining table chairs. We purchased pot holders for the kitchen and they stayed. Could not find any trash bags. Otherwise it was a 9.9 out of 10

Hollister MO House
House fit our needs perfectly. The six bedrooms really came in handy to accommodate all our family who had come down for our mom's funeral. Only a couple minor things, a couple end table lights didn't work due to a faulty roller switch. Both of the pull out sofa beds in the downstairs family room didn't work. We didn't notice this till the second night when we needed another bed. The living room had 6 or 7 TV remotes of which we could only get the one for the smart TV to work which was fine. Kitchen was well laid out and was equipped with everything we could need. Everyone said they slept well and the mattresses were comfortable. Having a dual unit AC was a plus and the kids had a blast with the multi game Arcade machine. Kids and adults had a great time at the community pool. Just a very nice place and would definitely stay there again.
