"Just a quick airport stop, staff were all excellent and friendly. Room was mediocre and had a little spider in my bed when i pulled back the sheets, everything else clean. A bit run down. Nice breakfast."

"We frequently stay in holiday properties and so know what you can get for £140 / night and sadly this was not up to the standards we would expect. The cottage is lovely, in a lovely sertting but it is very damp with mould around the windows and mildew on the curtains. It was not clean, the tiles ..."
