"Officially the quietest hotel we've ever stayed in - once in our rooms we literally heard nothing from outside it. The room was nice, clean etc. We were there for 4 days and no one came to clean which was unexpected but equally not really an issue. Staff were all friendly. Location was ok for us as we like walking but it is quite a distance from anywhere. No restaurants nearby, we got caught out one evening when we returned back late from watching the Ice Hockey and couldn't find anywhere to get...

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! It’s right next to the heart of Vienna, very easily accessible to all the museums, theaters, and transportation. The staff is extremely courteous and they offer a phenomenal breakfast. Along with the beautiful rooms, they have excellent amenities like a sauna room, gym, and lounges. I will definitely be staying here again!"

"The hotel is beautifully decorated and provides a warm welcome. A welcome drink was provided at the bar and our room upgraded. The bed was super comfy with the loveliest bedding I have ever experienced. Bathroom amenities provided, robes, slippers & coffee machine came with our room. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice. The hotel is walkable to the centre and transport. "

It is at an intersection near the middle of the main shopping / dining pedestrian walkway that is always busy with people, and St. Stephan's Cathedral is right beside it. "The apartment was both modern and spacious, with a cooker and fridge. The shower room was huge, and the bed too. The apartment is just a short walk from Vienna Hetzendorf train station. The only thing missing from the apartment really was a kettle for us Brits to make a cuppa. There was a coffee maker. 😁"
