Apartment in ski area KitzSki Hollersbach

This beautiful modern apartment for a maximum of 7 people is located in an apartment complex in Hollersbach in Salzburgerland, on the edge of the famous KitzSki / Kitzbühel Alps ski area.

The luxurious apartment is on the first floor and offers a large living room with folding wall and seating area (sofa bed for 2 people), an open modern fully equipped kitchen with dining table, 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washing machine and dryer and a large south-facing balcony. The apartment complex also has a ski storage room with ski boot warmer. You can park directly under the carport.

Hollersbach is located in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park region in Salzburgerland. This holiday region offers numerous hiking and mountain sports opportunities. You can also explore the area by bike via the Tauern cycle path. You can cool off in the nearby Hollersbach bathing lake, where there is also a large children's playground, a football field and volleyball courts. Alternatively, the outdoor pools in Mittersill, Mühlbach and Stuhlfelden offer plenty of bathing fun! Do you prefer to play golf? In nearby Mittersill (4 km) you will find an 18-hole golf course.

The ski lift (Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen), which is located near the apartment complex, takes you directly to the KitzSki/Kitzbüheler Alpen ski area with over 200 km of perfectly groomed slopes and 54 cable cars and lifts. A tip is the longest natural toboggan run in Europe (14 km) in Bramberg am Wildkogel.

Directly in Hollersbach or Mittersill there are enough shops for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Prachtig mooi appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. ideaal voor grote gezinnen of een reisgezelschap met meerdere gezinnen. Twee badkamers waarvan een met wasmachine. Dicht bij de skilift van Hollersbach (5 min) en het groter skigebied Zillertal Arena (25 min). Niet onbelangrijk de bedden waren prima. Boodschappen deden wij de Bila Plus in Mittersill. Dit is ongeveer 7 minuten rijden vanaf het appartement. Als ik een klein minpuntje moet noemen. Afzuigkap was defect. Direct gemeld echter niet hersteld tijdens ons verblijf. Ondanks bovenstaand, hebben wij het super naar ons zin gehad in dit appartement! Een aanrader. Wij waren met 4 volwassenen. Martin Steenbergen

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Sehr schöne Anlage. Leider wird man nicht persönlich in Empfang genommen. Schön ausgestattet Wohnung mit guter Grösse. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit Fernseher. Zwei tolle Bäder. Leider hat der Abfluss des Waschbeckens in einem Bad nicht gut funktioniert und es hat lange gedauert bis warmes Wasser kam. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern. Alles da was man benötigt. Schöner großer Balkon, Küche mit Mikrowelle, Backofen und Gefrierfach. Lage sehr gut. Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt fussläufig zu erreichen. Eigener Parkplatz. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Außergewöhnlich ausgestattete Ferienwohnunh
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, dem Anschein nach sehr neu und super ausgestattet (Besonderheiten wie Spiele, DVD‘s, Kindergeschirr)! Auf dem Balkon ist bis zum Nachmittag Sonne und die Lage ist super (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Panoramabahn in der Nähe). Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Gemütliche Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es für ein fehlendes Brotmesser, In der ansonsten gut ausgestatteten Küche (wir haben uns dann eins gekauft). Einen weiteren Minuspunkt gibt es für eine der beiden Duschen. Hier kommt kaum Wasser aus dem Duschkopf und eines der beiden Waschbecken war verstopft. Auch hier haben wir selber ein Rohrfrei-Mittel gekauft und die Verstopfung beseitigt. Sicherlich hätten wir diese Dinge auch der Kontaktperson melden können, es war aber kein großer Auwand die Dinge selber zu erledigen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung in einem sehr guten Zustand.

Super gelegenes Apartment an einem Narurbadesee.Die Apartments sind modern und schön eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage in dörflicher Umgebung. Zell am See in einer halben Autostunde erreichbar, tolle Stadt. Mit dem Zug sind alle umliegenden Orte auch erreichbar, schöne Fahrt durch die Berglandschaft. Großglockner Hochalpenstraße schnell erreichbar und super schön.Schnelle Wege zum Wandern.Hausmeister helfen schnell und unkompliziert.

De accomodatie was heel mooi. Geschikt om met 7 personen te verblijven. Hollersbach ligt echt aan de rand van het skigebied. Het is er heel rustig, weinig leven, restaurants, winkels. Dit is wel te vinden in het nabijgelegen dorp Mittersill.

De sleutel beheerder was niet te bereiken. Een beheerder van een ander appartement heeft ook een paar keer gebeld. Uiteindelijk lukte het om de de sleutel uit het kluisje te krijgen. Huisje zelf was prima! Leuk ingericht. Hollersbach zelf is een rustig dorp.
